would you like to roleplay?

I'd love to!

But I must say that I am semi-active, might take a couple minutes/hours to a day for me to reply at times. I am also someone who doesn't necessarily go by a plot, instead I make things up as the roleplay goes on. Lastly I have to ask if you are okay with the cursing/bad language.

I am still working on Alastair but there is an image of him in my characters.

Alright then we can get started whenever you're ready! I'm not sure exactly how to start the roleplay off though we could just begin with them meeting up I guess. They can have recently left a safe zone and are in the same area when they happen to bump into each other. What do you think?

sure) marcus was running out of the safe zone and soon bumped into Alastair and fell to the ground and said “please don't hurt me!!!” marcus had always been afraid of the world outside the safe zone

Alastair jolted as he was suddenly knocked into by someone. He turned and glared at the guy who was on the ground, holding a black and red dagger towards him. “What the hell man! Watch where ya going!” He huffed and put the dagger in its holder at his side. “And what the hell is up with that reaction? If I had been some kind of danger you would be dead already. Don't you have any type of survival instincts?” He crossed his arms over his chest and shook his head. 

(Was waiting for you to reply and just now saw it. At school rn.)

marcus said “who are you and did you escape the safe zone too?” marcus got up but was knocked down again and marcus said “what is your deal!?”

“Yes I did just leave the safe zone.” Alastair looked the the guy over. “And my problem is that you look like you are gonna die within the next 24 hours.” He leaned down and made eye contact. He reached forward and flicked the guy in the forehead. “Are you alone? Do you have any fighting experience? How much supplies are you carrying?”

“well none of all the things you said because my parents never taught me anything” marcus got up “and yes i am alone” marcus said as he started to leave but got scared cause of a wolf howling

Alastair sighed and shook his head. “Alright well get up, and stop being so damn skittish.” He stood up and pulled his backpack strap onto his shoulder. “And I think I'd be better if you stuck with me for a bit. Not if you're gonna be deadweight though. Imma ditch you if you can't do anything helpful.”

marcus followed alastair

Alastair grabs something out of his bag, a medium sized gun. “Say near me at all times and don't you dare go against something I order you to do.” He looks back at you for a moment before continuing on. “Unless you wanna die.” The two of you walk in silence for a while. “My name's Alastair. But call me Alas.”

(What do you mean? Like a completely different one or you don't wanna do this one anymore?)

(while we do this one do you wanna do another one as well?) marcus nods as he kept walking behind him “my name is marcus just to let you know alas”

Alastair stopped suddenly. “Wait…don't move.” He leaned down slowly and carefully placed his hand on the ground. “It's hot.” He stood and backed up slowly, grabbing Marcus's arm. “It' a minefield, we gotta go around. And watch out for enemies.”

(Oh yeah sure!)

marcus just followed alas

Alastair was moving slowly through the area, holding onto Marcus's hand now. “Once we get out of here we need to find a place to settle for a bit. There aren't any battles going on right now so we shouldn't be at too much risk." He was on full alert looking around. “So are you…special…like do you have any abilities?” He voice was calmer and somewhat curious.

(Actually I can't rn. I have like two others going on atm.)

“well yes actully” marcus makes a glowing ball in his hand and it lights up the path in front of them

Alastair stopped and gazed at the ball of light. “Wow, that's pretty impressive…but not as impressive as mine.” He smirked and black tendrils emerged from his body, wrapping themselves around him and some rising above him in a protective manner. “Not sure what they are exactly but they're pretty useful in battle and when my hands aren't free.” One of the tendrils slipped onto his palm. He held it for a moment before it lashed out and hastily returned to an alert stance behind him.

“my parents said my powers are useless that is why i left the safe zone and besides my powers can only be used in the dark”

“Man you parents sound like jerks. I think you power is pretty handy. The areas out here are dark and smoky so you're gonna be a big help.” Alastair allowed his power to stay active and grabbed Marcus's free hand. “Let's hurry though, I can sense a safe spot nearby.” He walks with you for a while and finally slows down in front of an old warehouse. “I heard this place is a rest area for outsiders. We can eat and sleep a bit then we need to get serious and head over to the next safe zone to restock on supplies. I don't know where you planned to go but my destination is the capital of the area, I need to find someone there.” He pulled you along and entered the building. Looking inside the place had a few people scattered around, all looking injured and weary. None spoke as the two of you walked by though they did stare. “Over here.” Alastair pulled you to a corner of the second floor.

marcus smiled as he sat down

Alastair sat down next to Marcus and unzipped his backpack. He pulled out some beef jerky, dried fruit, granola bars, trail mix, and some water bottles. “Grab whatever you want. I'm not really hungry.” He leaned against the wall and sighed. Closing his eyes allowed his tendrils to hide away again. “If ya need me tap my shoulder. Don't talk to strangers and don't go wandering off.”

marcus hugged his knees as he was thinking of his little brother that wanted to follow him but had to leave behind

Alastair glanced over. “You alright?” He sat up and leaned closer to Marcus. “What's got ya looking all down?”

“i had to leave my little brother alone…”

Alastair seemed to blank out for a second then shook his head. “It's better that he stayed behind. It's not safe and he's not of age to be out here.” He looked to the food. “Eat, you're gonna need the strength. Plus what would your little bro think of ya if he saw you pouting like that. You gotta man up.” He huffed and leaned back. “You're not gonna survive if you stick to stuff like that.”

marcus started eating

Alastair was silent, seemingly deep in thought. His body was trembling slightly, most likely from what was running through his mind. A single tendril emerged from his back and reached out towards Marcus.

(Are you not interested in the roleplay? Or are you busy? I'm just asking cus I usually roleplay with people who type good-sized replies unless something is wrong. Sorry if I sound rude. I'm just curious.)
