Akilla was hiding in the shadows, making herself unknown, she had been hiding from people for many years now and hardly even left the house for her own safety. She eventually noticed the area become a bit crowded so she stuck to the shadows as she ran home.

TJ was walking around outside when the crowd gathered and Charcoal (The wolf-demon next to him) looked around and started following the girl silently, guiding TJ with him

Akilla eventually changed from a walk to a run as she got closer to the edge of the town where there was a forest. Once she was in the forest she kept running until she got to a old, worn out, abandoned shed. There seemed to be no enterence except for a few small holes. The girl shifted into a small mouse and squeezed into the shed where a bed was made from a bunch of old stuff she had found.

Charcoal approached the shed and sniffed it, then he looked around looking for an entrance, and when he didn't find one, he went and sat in front of TJ and talked to him where TJ could understand his barks

There was a large door with a rusted latch that akilla couldnt get off due to lack of strength from years of living like this. Akilla laid on her bed and not long later fell asleep. To her it was silent, she fell asleep listening to the wind combined with the sound of birds in the trees.

Charcoal finally found the door and used his power to remove the rust and open the door. TJ then went in and gave her an anesthetic so she wouldn't wake up for a while and took her to an underground base where he then tied her up to a pole and sat down on the floor

She didnt wake up until many hours later and when she did she instantly started to panick a bit, trying to use her ability to escape and got mad when she couldn't. She then paused she could sense someone else in the room with her and her anger turned to fear instantly.

TJ was facing away from her but smiled and looked up “So you're awake I see?” He looked at her and stood up then leaned against the wall

She let out a semi low growl “Who are you and what do you want??” She noticed how she couldn't escape and how she wasn't able to use her abilities for some reason.

He smiled and gave a slight laugh “It doesn't matter, alright. I just wanted to kidnap someone, I was bored”

“people dont just kidnapp people for no reason, especially ones that live in the middle of nowhere where the cant be found!”

He then approached her and looked at her “You're cute. I kind of wanted to torment you. I usually torment people that no one cares about or is unknown to society, like me”

“why?…” She was just biting her time as the entire time she was scanning the area looking for a way out and what was blocking her abilities.

“No reason, just because I like tormenting people” He smiled as Charcoal sat behind a small desk with silver magic floating around his horns, preventing Akilla from using magic

“so no reason at all? what did mommy and daddy leave you as a kid?” She was just insulting him at this point but now she was just looking for a weakpoint in her restraints.

He went to a straight face very quickly as he grabbed her neck “I killed my parents. I killed half of my family, alright, and I can just as easily kill you if you don't shut up”

“hah! try me” although she gave on the somewhat fierce attitude she was actually terrified. 

“Fine then…” He looked at Charcoal and signaled him to get something, then he brought back a sword and handed it to TJ, he held it up to her neck and made her bleed a small cut at a time

She didnt show any signs of pain, she had a large smile basically plastered on her face. In reality it hurt, a lot, to her but she was taught how to not show pain or fear when she needed to.

TJ smirked and put two large cuts on both of her arms going from her elbow to her hand and sighed “You can't feel this, huh?” He then stabbed her hand and smiled

“n-nope” her voice was becoming a bit shaky. 

He looked as she was getting pale from blood loss and signaled Charcoal over and told him something and he started healing her cuts and stab wounds

She looked at him “I thought you said you could kill me, what you cant do it now?” she just needed him to leave, it would give her more time.

He looked at her and sighed “I decided to spare you… you're lucky, I don't usually do this”

She let a small sigh “why?”

He then looked away and sighed again “It doesn't matter…”

“whatever” she went silent, hoping he would leave

He sat down on the floor and faced away from her, and then looked at his phone

She took this as an opportunity to at least get loose. She worked on breaking the ropes as she was working as silently as possible.

TJ then fell asleep while Charcoal watched her

She manadged to get her hands free as she tried one more time to use her abilities

Charcoal was still blocking her ability to use her powers

She got up and got out a knife from her pocket and approached the dog “You, so your the reason i cant use my powers huh?” she said quietly as she got closer, the knife tightly in her grip

Charcoal growled and took the knife from her and broke it into pieces then looked back at her and growled again

She growled back at him then got an idea. A small smile formed on her face “You may have that person as a friend but i have friends to” She did a semi high pitched whistle and a large sleek black dog with deep red eyes cam crashing through the floor as if it was coming up from the depths of hell. It surrounded amaris as though pretecting her, although this dog was not hers and probably doesn't really care about her, she was friends with the person who owned the dog so the dog decided it would be his job to protect her in case this happened

Charcoal looked at the large black dog and growled at it, his eyes turning blood red and ink dripping from his eyes. TJ then woke up and looked at them.

“Oh shit, okay bullet, we need to get out of her, now” The large dog nodded as he looked for a spot to get her out of

TJ looked at her and sighed “There's no way out, so don't try…” Charcoal then attacked Bullet and TJ whistled for him to stop.

“So why can't i leave?” Bullet growled at them both

Charcoal growled back and TJ looked at the two growling at each other. He then looked back at her and sighed “Cause I told myself I wouldn't let you go… I noticed you lived in an abandoned house, and not a real one, so I was thinking you could live with me…  Unless you want to go back to living in an abandoned house… I'll give you money for you to spend if you want. And I'll also give you a nice room and everything else… Only if you want that though…”

“so you hurt me, scared the fuck out of me, ALL BECAUSE YOU WERE WORRIED ABOUT ME?!”

“I- you can leave then” He looked at the wall and a door appeared “I was asked by one of your friends to take care of you, but if you don't want that, that's fine, the door is right there…” 

"what do you mean friends…do you mean reyal?" She paused and signaled bullet to leave, bullet dissappeared

“Yes… but if you want to leave…” He pointed to the door and started walking out it and heading to his home “If you want to live with me, then follow me, otherwise, you can leave.”

She followed him

He walked to a large mansion and he opened the door and closed it when she walked in. He then led her to her new room and smiled “All you need is in here. There's a credit card in a safe along with about 2K in it also. The combination is 385925840. You can change it if you want” He then walked to the kitchen and started making dinner

The large appearance of the house made her feel small but the appearance of the room calmed her down. She laid back on the bed as she felt herself calm down.
