Lullaby and Your Name Here have been friends since longer than either of them could remember. Lullaby was a ballet dancer; proper, clean, and pretty. She didn't try to make problems, and kept to herself as much as possible, while Your Name Here was always getting into fights. He was a problem teen; into drugs and drinking, and sleeping with all the pretty girls in school. He was Lullaby's self proclaimed protector. The cute little sister that was always getting under his skin. However, to Lullaby he was the love of her life, her high school crush, and the one person no matter how much she wanted it, he would never be hers.

When college rolled around, the two had gained some distance. Your Name Here had cleaned up his act, he had become successful and engaged to the perfect example of a trophy girl. Lullaby was slowly making a name for herself by being the best ballet dancer the world had ever seen. Lullaby would sometimes write to Your Name Here though Facebook messenger, or e-mail, or text messages. Your Name Here hadn't told Lullaby that he had found someone to get engaged too, because he didn't want their relationship to fade away to nothing. Lullaby was left in the dark for the longest time, and had finally moved to New York City, because her dance instructor had told her about the perfect dance company for her, and she took that leap of faith.

When Lullaby had gotten wind of the engagement, she felt like her whole world had been flipped upside down. Lullaby had always pictured getting married to Your Name Here, and the two had talked about it more than once. Your Name Here thought that Lullaby was only joking, when in reality Lullaby had been telling the truth. She had loved Your Name Here ever since she had first met him, but knew deep down that things wouldn't ever work out. So why was Lullaby so broken up about Your Name Here getting married to someone else?

When Lullaby and Your Name Here finally made plans to meet up before the wedding, was when Your Name Here realized he was making a huge mistake. He shouldn't be seeing Lullaby, but knew that deep down he wanted to see her. Wanted to see the woman she was becoming. Little did either one know, they were both about to realize so much more than that. What'll happen when they spend a drunken night together? Will they remember what happened the night before? Will Your Name Here realize that he's been madly in love with Lullaby the whole time? Or will he go along with his wedding, and leave Lullaby behind for good? You'll never know unless you join, A Mistaken Love.

"And that ladies and gents is a wrap!" came the sound of the director of Swan Lake. Lullaby let out a small breath and cheer with the rest of her crew. This was their final dress rehearsal before the show this weekend. "You all have done a wonderful job, and I want you all to take the next couple of days off to try and relax. Just make sure you don't do something stupid, and get yourself hurt before the big night on Saturday!" came the man's voice once more.

The other's let out low groans, and hurried to their dressing room's to change. Lullaby on the other hand was the last one to really leave the stage. She stood in the middle of the stage looking out at the empty seats. By this time Saturday night, those seats will be filled, and she would be dancing her heart out. That's when she felt a hand on her shoulder. "Everything okay Lullaby?" came the sound of her director's voice. She turned her eyes towards the man beside her, and she nodded lightly. "Everything is fine" she breathed out.

She then turned her eyes back towards the seats. "I guess you can say I'm kind of nervous to be doing this. Being the main lead has always been my dream, but now that it's almost here, I feel like I'm going to be sick" she admitted. The male shook his head lightly and crossed his arms over his chest. "You will do amazing. I wouldn't have cast you as Odette if I didn't think you could do it" he said. Lullaby turned her eyes back to the male and she smiled lightly as she bit her lower lip.

"Thank you Daniel. That really means a lot to me, and I hope that I can do her justice" she breathed out. Daniel smirked as he opened his arms to the woman. She stepped into them, and hugged him tightly. "You will do amazing" he said as he hugged her. He then let her go and looked towards the stage doors. "Let's get going" he said. Lullaby didn't need to be told twice. She hurried and went to her dressing room to gather her things. She didn't bother changing at the moment.

She slipped her ballet shoes off, and tied them together, and slipped them into her bag. She then slipped into her sneakers and grabbed her jacket and slipped it over her shoulder's. She hurried towards the exit and let Daniel lock up. She walked to her car, unlocked it and threw her bag into the back. She then locked the doors, slipped her keys and phone into her jacket pocket. Daniel looked at her strangely. "Aren't you leaving?" he asked her. She shook her head lightly. "No I told my friend I would meet up with her"

"I'll let you know when I get home though" she said as she waved the man off. He shook his head and laughed lightly. "Be careful" he told her. She promised him she would, and she then made her way towards the front of the building. The marquee had her name as Odette, and her heart skipped a beat. It's been a life long dream of her's to be here. Living in New York, dancing in Swan Lake, it was all finally happening for her. She had made a name for herself finally.

She took a breath as she tore her eyes from the marquee and made her way towards the bar she promised to meet Starlett at. She walked through the doors and spotted the blonde. "There you are!" the other squeaked out. Lullaby couldn't help but smile as she hugged the woman. "I'm sorry, I didn't have time to change" she said with a sheepish smile. "It's fine, sit and get a drink" she cooed. Lullaby didn't need to be told twice. She sat down and ordered a Jack Daniel's and Coca-Cola.

The two were chatting away until Lullaby noticed that Starlett was looking over her shoulder. "Is that your old friend? The man you used to have the biggest crush on?" she asked. Lullaby rolled her eyes lightly as she turned in her seat to look. "You must be seeing things. Why would he-" she then trailed off when she realized it was him. What the hell was he doing here? In this bar of all places as well? She turned in her seat, lowered her head, hoping he hadn't spotted her. If he had, she didn't know what she would, let alone what she would say to the male.

She hadn't seen him since she had been in High School, and she had thought she was finally rid of his handsome face. She kept her head ducked down, her back turned towards the rest of the room, wishing she could bolt and not look back. 'Please don't see me, please don't see me, please don't see me' she thought to herself. She held her breath waiting for Starlett to give her the okay to look back up.

“God, what a long night last night.” The male looked over at Clyde. And Clyde nodded his head. It was a long night of working. He was the best lawyer in town. But they were getting ready for the next round of clients that he would be having in the morning. A lot of other firms were going bankrupt because Clyde was the best. He always thought about the person's thoughts and feelings instead of ignoring them. He felt like that was why people would always come to him. “You're right. And it's going be to be a long road. But I guess that's what I get for being the best in town." Clyde laughed at his own comment, and then he started packing up his things, because he needed to get home to his fiancé.

Clyde got into his vehicle and was thinking about his past life to his current life. Then someone popped up into his head. Lullaby. He sighed as he shook his head. Lullaby was his best friend growing up, but they haven't spoken in a while. Which was kind of his fault. He never reached out. At that age he was very immature, and he was getting into all types of trouble. But she was his best friend. He told her everything about him. And then things just kind of changed. Part of him really does miss her. But, he really wasn't sure if it was okay to miss her. He sighed, and then realized he needed a drink before he decided to head home. He pulled out his phone and sent his fiancé a text message.

Hey my beloved. I had a really long night at work. I am going to have a drink at the bar and then I'll be home. I love you.

He sent the message and then turned into the parking lot of the bar. His eyes kind of got wide because there was a lot of cars here. But he also did expect that since it was pretty late. He found a parking spot and then headed to the doors of the bar. He walked in and headed straight to the bar to sit down. He ordered a beer and then just decided to relax. He saw he got a message back from his fiancé. He smiled at the message that he received and then he set his phone down as he was sipping on this beer. He felt like he could finally relax.

Clyde felt like two people were staring at him. It was either because they knew him personally or because he had them as a client. He has helped everyone. Or that's what it felt like anyways. Clyde was just minding his own business, except he felt like a pair of eyes were burning into his soul. Clyde sighed, and then decided to look over at the pair of eyes that were staring at him. When his eyes met with the females eyes, he couldn't believe what he was seeing. Was he seeing stuff? Was he actually seeing his old best friend? What was she doing in town? Clyde had so many questions.

Clyde felt his heart racing against his chest. Would it even be smart to go over there and talk to her? Clyde didn't even know himself. But why wouldn't it be okay? It's not like he was hooking up with anyone. Clyde was thinking really hard until his legs were moving underneath him. He realized that he was already walking to her. Shit! That's all he could think. He saw that she was with her friend. He didn't want to feel like he was intruding. But he definitely wanted to say hello. Once he was at her table, he looked at her once more, and felt like he lost all forms of words.
