In a small town in west Texas, there stands a school for the young vampires, werewolves, and other various freaks and monsters of the world. At this school, strange things have an annoying habit of happening. Students disappear and are forgotten. Doors unlock themselves and swing open on complaining hinges. Odd noises in the middle of the night. Screams from the woods during full moons.
Oh, and don't forget the regular murders. Every so often students turn up dead in the hallways, their bodies mangled, terribly broken. Their things are found untouched. Their eyes are wide open, staring at nothing as if they had seen Death himself come to take them and had not had time to look away. The killings are seemingly at random, unpredictable attacks that leave one student dead.
Mika Braszkovicz is a catgirl with pink eyes and telekinesis, and she seems a bit odd. She watches you go by in the halls, and she turns up in the least likely scenarios. She's there sometimes when you close your locker, staring wide-eyed and grinning at you, with a red shadow seeming to creep across her face.
Y/c should be a non-human adolescent. For vampires, any age is fine, as long as it is a young-ish character.

Mika began spinning her mechanical pencil impatiently. She quickly spun it between her fingers and then flipped it under her hand, catching it between her ring and pinkie fingers, then she spun it over her hand again, repeating the process. Her tail flicked in annoyance in her lap.
I can't wait to get out of here, she thought as the teacher droned on about the pythagorean theorem.
It was about 8:30 pm, and Mika was alone in her dorm room. Her roommate was out hanging with some college-level kids, probably getting drunk, or worse.
Mika decided to go for a little walk. She strolled along in the dark, her feline nightvision not requiring her to have a flashlight of any kind. She turned a corner into a little alleyway between two of the high school building. She saw something against the wall at the end of the alleyway. She pulled out her phone and, approaching the thing, turned the flashlight on, as she could not see fine details or colors with her nightvision.
Lying there in the dirt, in the little alleyway, was a dead body.
She gasped, and her hand flew to her wide-open mouth.
"You're that guy from before," she said, as if it was the most wonderful thing she had ever seen. She stood there for a few more moments, her mouth gaping and her eyes glowing.
Then she came alive. Her eyebrows drew together into a face of anger. She dropped her phone and it landed on the ground facing up, so that the light shone up onto her face. She nodded towards the back wall and Kage flew into it, then his arms and legs pinned themselves to the wall. It was somewhat comical, the way Kage was stuck there, his face squished against the wall with his arms and legs out at opposite angles, also squished against the wall.
“Explain yourself! And tell me your name,” she said threateningly.
Mika's eyes began to dimly glow once more, and, turning off her phone light and putting it in her pocket, she began probing the area with her mind to make sure Kage had gone.
When she was sure that he was gone, she used her powers to teear the body up into tiny shreds, then, feeling around with her mind, she lifted all the blood from the walls and the concrete.
Her eyes glowing brightly like a pink star in the night, she walked out of the alleyway, what was left of the body floating behind her.
She left the concrete area of the school grounds and used her telekinesis to pull a perfect cylinder of dirt, about 3 feet deep, from the ground. Then she levitated the corpse stuff into the hole, then lowered the cylinder back down and mixed the dirt up a little, to hide the obviously perfect circle.
Her eyes dimmed quickly, then went out.
Trembling, she walked back to her dorm.
Mika ran up to the classroom door and then began to walk calmly, acting as if she was in no hurry whatsoever. She strode in right as the bell started ringing. Her teacher looked up and scowled at her.
"In your seat, at the bell, Ms. Braszkovicz," the teacher said nasally.
She swore at him in Polish, then sat down in her seat. She leaned against the wall.
