Knox was heading to the pet shop to see if he can find a companion for his own. He was lonely when he left his parents house to start a new life. Once he got there, he walked in and looked around for anything that he see.

Shiroi was sitting in a small cage hissing at everyone who passed him, he clearly did not enjoy being caged up

Knox looked over seeing them and walked up to them. He was being careful by how the fox was acting, "u-um hey there fella" he said as he sat down in front of them.

He hissed softly his tails flicking in different ways. he barred his fangs

"easy there buddy, im not gonna hurt you...I promise" putting his hand on the cage. "your upset that you in this cage huh?" he asked.

He looked at his hand before stepping back slightly and managing to nod. he laid down curling his tiails around himself

He looked at the time on his phone and sighed, " i wish i can keep you and you won't be in this cage since you will have a lot of to roam around at my home but i have to leave" he frowned abit as he got up and left.

he whined softly and stood up walking over to the bars of the cage to watch him leave.

Knox head home to get dressed for his work since he works at a popular restaurant. He left home with his uniform to get to work, once he got there he started working for his night shift until he get back home in the morning.

He cur;ed up and closed his eyes his tails covered his entire body making him look more like a ball of fur

-the next day-
Knox was heading to the pet shop again to see if the fox was still there, he walked inside of the shop and started looking around. He looked around and saw the fox in the cage, "hey there fella" he smiled when kneeling down.

He stood up quickly and barked softly. hewent up onto his hind legs and looked up at imhopefully

He put his hand on the cage, "ready to come with me?" he asked as he open the cage to let them out.

He barked before running out of the cage and streaching a bit before running up to him

He giggled and grabbed some others stuff, once he got the stuff had paid it and started heading out. "come on buddy lets go!"

he barked before trotting out after him staying close to his legs

Knox petted him and continue walked to his house, once they made it there knox open the door and walked inside. "alright fella, lets head to the back where you can roam around for a bit" he head to the back door of the house, as he open the door her had a big yard for the fox can roam around.

he looked up at him and barked before running to the backyard, part of him wanted to tranform back but also didn't know how Knox would react

"go on ahead and look around fella" He sat down on the concrete feeling the breeze through his hair and looked up at the sky.

he started to explore around trying to go into a bush but his tails got stuck

He giggled as he got up and help them out. "looks like you need help" he kneeled down help him out from the bush, "alright there we go" he smiled as he got up.

he barked before running up to him and sitting down in front of him barking softly

He petted him when he sat down in front of them. "ill be right back" He got up and headed back to the house to grab something.

he watched him before standing back up and running into a bush again before curling up and waiting for him

Knox was looking the the bags finding some toys for him and the fox to play with. Once he found it he headed back outside, "little fella, come here for a sec!" he called out for him.

he looked up before running out to him barking. his tails wagging

"i brought some toys to play with for a while" he smiled as he sat down on the concrete  near the back door.

he grabbed one of the toys and dran into the yard with it looking back at Knox

He got up and starts following him. "im gonna get you fella, you better run" he started running.

he barked before running off again his tails wagging happily it felt nice to him to finally be able to run around

"im gonna git you, im gonna git you!" he laughed happily when chasing him. Once he was close enough to get him, he grabbed the fox. "i have got you fella" he smiled.

he yelped and tried to kick out of his arms but was careful not to scratch him

"easy there buddy, seems like your not the type to be picked up" knox set him down and sat on the grass.

He looked at him and barked and ran into to him and sat in his lap looking up at him

He petted him smiling, "at least your happy that you can run around the yard from being in that cage"

he barked and laid down, he decided that he'd turn back to himselef that night and hope that Knox didn't freak out

Knox yawned and looked up that it was getting dark, "ight fella imma head to bed, you can stay out here if you want or you can come with me" he smiled as he got up and headed inside.

he jumped up and ran inside after him and stayed by his feet before sitting down in the living room and waiting for some food

Knox went to the kitchen to make some food for the fox, "is there anything you like to eat?" he open the refrigerator. "choose one fella"

He looked inside and grabbed a bit of food before looking up at him making sure he didn't grab something he wasn;t supposed to

He smiled, "mind giving me the food and ill make it for you" he ned down holding his hand out.

he dropped it in his hand and sat down waiting for him to make it, his tails laid down on the floor looking kinda like a carpet

He got up and started making the food for him, it didn't took him long to make as he was done making the food he set it in front of the fox. "ight fella here is your food" he smiled as he clean up.

he sniffed it before taking a bite and eating. after a while he had finished and looked up at Knox yipping happily

He smiled and walked off heading to bed, he yawned and stretch when walking. Once he made it to his room, he layed down on the bed putting his head on the pillow.

he sighed and once he was gone he mangaed to transform back into himself. he stood up and aid on the couch
