uhhhhh here Amber a 17 year old was a human and that was rare. Almost everyone was a vampire and if you weren't one you would become a slave to them and they would have to bite you to successfully have you as theirs. Every vampire wanted a pet or a slave. They always would just go human hunting. Though Amber always wore a mask. Y/C had been following Amber and knew exactly Amber was human so they made a plan to make them theirs once and for all.
Starter -> It was March 29th and Amber was walking an alleyway Y/C pinned them to a wall taking off Amber's mask. They pushed his head slightly so they could bite down. Amber teared up. There was nothing she could do to stop Y/C or maybe there was
Tidus had managed to ward off every other vampire in the area before he ended up slightly hissing at Shiroi. He was about to bite the poor human since he didn’t know where Vaan was at the moment. His normally blue eyes had taken on a striking shade of crimson as was normal for vampires at this time.
“Take off the mask.” Tidus growled softly. He wanted for Shiroi to take off the mask that covered his face so that he could actually see what he looked like. He was a little more irritable than normal for unknown reasons which currently couldn’t be understood for the time being.
“Take off the mask. I will not ask you again…” Tidus growled softly. He was starting to get more irritated with Shiroi and as a result, ended up growling softly. He wasn’t in the mood to deal with any more foolishness due to his irritable mood.
“This is your last chance. Take the mask off before I am forced to take it off for you…” Tidus hissed softly. He had already created a small fireball in the palm of his hand and quickly dismissed it as easily as he had created it. He was still rather irritated and the current situation wasn’t helping his mood at all. Rather, it was doing the opposite by causing him to become even more irritated.
“Thank you. What you did previously seriously didn’t help my mood especially after that stunt that you just pulled. Other than that, you’re rather pretty.” Tidus said. He was about ready to bite Shiori which could be said by how his eyes were a striking shade of crimson not really found in any human.
Tidus only responded to Shiroi’s efforts to get him off with a hiss before actually managing to bite him on the neck out of sheer irritation. He wanted for him to chill out for the time being hence the reason why he decided to bite him.
Tidus let go of Shiroi after a few seconds and ended up hissing softly. “Now the others won’t be able to claim you… I’ve done the same to Vaan because some vampires can be downright cruel. They see other beings as inferiors and even see some other vampires as inferior. It’s rather infuriating and they also tried to take Vaan away from me as well at one point because they told me that I was unfit to have a pet. However, I proved them wrong.” He said softly. He had calmed down for the most part and was being a little more reasonable at the moment.
“Foolish human, you don’t even know how cruel vampires can be to themselves or others. There are specialized vampires that some of them have taken which act as a substitute for humans. Some of them are treated inhumanely and if they find a human, some humans tend not to last long. I was lucky enough to find Vaan before somebody else did and as a result, I claimed him as my own but recently, I’ve wanted to give him a friend of sorts.” Tidus said. He looked around again to see if there were any other vampires in the area and when he saw that there weren’t any, he ended up letting out a sigh of relief and slowly backed away.
“I’ll just take you over to where Vaan is. He’s been lonely for quite a while so I was hoping to give him some company.” Tidus said. He started to walk away after he spoke and started to head towards the east. He was determined to show Vaan what he found hence the reason why he seemed to be in a bit of a hurry when it came to arriving to his desired destination.
“He shouldn’t be too far away so let’s hurry up and get a move on before the more malicious vampires show up. I don’t want them to get in my way.” He said as he walked.
“He shouldn’t be too far away. After all, he did end up following me out here even when I told him not to do it since I didn’t want for anyone to lay a single finger on him. He just doesn’t listen when I tell him no sometimes.” Tidus muttered softly before he continued to walk. He remained mostly silent until someone bumped into him.
“By the gods, I’m so sorry…” The mysterious figure said. They might have been a complete stranger to Shiroi but Tidus knew them rather well.
“Vaan, what the hell are you doing out here? You know that you’re not supposed to be outside by yourself and yet, you go outside anyway. What am I going to do with you…” Tidus muttered softly. He was slightly disappointed in how Vaan ended up leaving the house despite the fact that he was specifically told not to do so.
“I thought that you might have needed blood so that you didn’t attack a random animal or another vampire out of being unable to control yourself! That’s the reason why I snuck up to find you.” Vaan said softly. He looked at Tidus as he spoke as if trying to convey his point to him.
“Yep! I’m Vaan! Tidus always leaves without me and I thought that it wasn’t very fair hence the reason why I’m tagging along with him now even if he doesn’t wish for that to be the case!” Vaan said cheerfully. He looked over at Tidus after he spoke and realized that the blonde haired teenage vampire didn’t share the same enthusiasm that he had.
“We’re going back to where I live! I tend to live in a rather large cave which I have made my home and Vaan lives there as well. He’s allowed to roam freely unless there’s another vampire visiting me in which case, I have instructed him to go to his hiding spot and wait there until the conversation is finished.” Tidus said before he gently patted Vaan on the head.
“Alright then! Follow me and remember to stay close.” Tidus muttered softly as he began to walk over to the cave that he lived in. He was followed by Vaan who was more than eager to strike up a conversation while they walked.
“So, care to tell me why I can’t be out again?” Vaan asked Tidus. He wanted to know why he couldn’t be outside again and was only met with silence from Tidus who preferred not to answer the question at the moment. Of course, this silence seemingly unnerved him but he managed to hide the fact that he was unnerved by the silence he received in return to his question.
Tidus eventually stopped walking as he reached that cave that he and Vaan lived at. He remained silent for quite a while before he decided to speak. “Alright. Here we are. Take caution when entering the cave since I don’t feel like having to deal with any broken bones at the moment. I’m already tired enough as it is from worrying about Vaan for too long.” He said before he and Vaan entered the cave.
“Well, nothing beats being back at home with the people you care about! Hopefully we have some time to relax now!” Vaan said cheerfully before he walked over to one of the rooms in the cave that he normally dwelled in.
“Maybe I should have informed Tidus that I was heading into this room to take a nap so that he wouldn’t get mad at me but unfortunately, I forgot to do that… Oh well…” Vaan muttered softly before he ended up yawning. He felt rather sleepy and chose to sleep in the room that he was currently in as a result.
“V’s probably asleep by now but I also have to make sure that the others are alright as well. This place is becoming more like a sanctuary every day but that’s what I get for trying to save all sorts of creatures from vampires. With the fall of humans, they’ve started going after other humanoids such as elves, faeries and the sort which tends to get rather annoying after a while…” Tidus muttered softly.
“However, this place has become less of a home and more of a sanctuary as of late so I hope that you don’t mind other people being here as well. They’re all rather friendly but one of them tends to overly friendly. I’ve banned him from leaving because of that but he still finds a way to sneak out.” Tidus muttered softly. He walked over to one of the corners of the current room in the cave as if he was waiting for someone to show up.
“So, if he bugs you, feel free to let me know. I’ll get him away from you and have him go bug some of the other beings here.” Tidus said. He was currently talking about Bartz, a rather social faerie that he managed to find surrounded by wild wolves and vampires out in the woods a few months back. Of course, he ended up bringing him into the cave where he could be safe although after a while, he didn’t allow for him to leave the cave without supervision out of fear of him getting lost or killed by some sort of wild animal or worse.
Tidus walked over to one of the chairs in his cave and sat down on it. He decided to wait for Bartz to come out of hiding and remained silent for the time being. He didn’t know how long he would have to wait for but he was determined to wait for him.
Vaan had woken up from his nap and was now wandering around the room of the cave that he had chosen to nap in. He was rather curious about what could lie in wait in the midst of the room which peaked his curiosity in the first place when he decided to explore it.
Tidus had fallen asleep after staying up for several hours and was currently sleeping peacefully. He currently didn’t want to be disturbed while he slept although Vaan had other plans. The ashen haired teen had become rather bored as of late and as a result, wanted to bug Tidus about possibly going outside for the time being.
“Tidus! Can we please go outside? I don’t want to be cooped up in here anymore!” He said before he realized that Tidus was asleep. Upon realizing this, he walked over to him and began to poke his arm in order to try to wake him up.
“Vaan, I need my sleep… Go bug someone else…” Tidus muttered softly. He still wanted to sleep and as a result, he didn’t like how Vaan was constantly pestering him to go outside with him. If he had the choice to sleep in all day, he would definitely do so away from other people so that he wasn’t disturbed while he was sleeping but alas, he currently couldn’t get away from Vaan since he actively had to take care of him. Facing this fact, he slowly got up and looked at Vaan who was still rather eager to go outside.
“But you promised that you would let me go outside later! I don’t want for you to break that promise so get up and let me go outside!” Vaan said. It became clear that he would not stop pestering Tidus until he was let outside since he wanted to go out and explore a bit before having to be brought back into the cave again. This was the reason why he kept pestering Firion about it so that he would be able to get some outside time before that happened.
“It’s nothing much except for the fact that Tidus won’t let me go outside. I don’t know why he’s preventing me from doing that but I want to go out and have some fun exploring.” Vaan said. He backed away from Tidus and then sat down next to him. He still wanted to go outside and wouldn’t move unless Tidus agreed to bring him out there.
“Fine… You can go outside but I’m going to supervise you and more of you can go outside if you want as well. The cave has a yard outside of it which is safe to play in for the time being.” Tidus muttered softly.
