Epicentres of cities were typically nice; all the shops, the restaurants, tourist attractions, and so forth. Though, there were a few exceptions to that, such as cases of emergencies like the evacuation happening to try and encourage civilians to leave the city; hell, even the country itself; due to the approaching dangers of war. Holland never enjoyed these scenarios, having seen it one to many times, though who truly did love it? Aside from, well, the opposite force, but that was usually a dead giveaway. Russia was barking up the wrong tree, that much was certain, but evacuation had to come first before more civilian lives were taken carelessly, which was a task he had a portion of his armed volunteers take care of. Holland's true army was out helping Ukraine's at various parts of the other's borders. Knowing damn well how properly they had been trained, he left them under the orders of his Cheif of War, as one would. Though speaking of Ukraine, the two had gotten separated at some point, he quickly noted as he glanced around. It was slightly difficult to hear the whistle over the sounds of mildly chaotic evacuations, though Holland perked up right away once he [i did] hear it, making a quick beeline in the direction of the source of the sound whilst whistling out himself.
