Cairo and Your Name Here have been together for the last five years. They have had everything going for them. People were jealous of their relationship, and they wanted nothing more than to be just like them. There was something that Cairo was keeping from Your Name Here though. He was a monster, and one of the worst kind you could ever think of. He was a Vampire. He didn't want Your Name Here knowing about him, so he made sure she wouldn't ever find out about him. Even though he would be gone for weeks on end, the male trusted her with everything he was. That was until he found out that Your Name Here was cheating on him, with her boss no less. That was something Cairo wasn't expecting.
Cairo's sister Acelee told him to put a guard on Your Name Here and see if she really was cheating on him. She even offered to do it herself. Cairo agreed too it, and not just because Acelee was his sister, but because he trusted her more than anything. Sure enough when Acelee reported back to her brother, she told him that Your Name Here wasn't working late. She was seeing her boss behind his back. Cairo took it into his own hands after that. He vowed he wouldn't ever let another human being destroy him the way Your Name Here has. So one night he told Your Name Here that he was going out on a hunting trip with his best friend, and that he wouldn't be back for a couple days, made Your Name Here really happy.
What she didn't know was that Cairo was testing her. He wanted to see if she would break things off with her boss. When that didn't happen, he pretended that something came up for work and came home early. When he came into their bedroom, he found Your Name Here on top of her boss, and the moment Your Name Here saw Cairo, she tried to tell him it wasn't what it looked like. He knew that Your Name Here had been lying to him for months, and he watched as she scrambled off the other male. He didn't want. He went towards the bed, and he tore open the man's throat right in front of Your Name Here. The blood shed was more than enough for Cairo, but he wanted Your Name Here to suffer even more than that.
Now that his secret was out, he had to clean everything up. He didn't want Your Name Here exposing him and his family for what they really were. With the help of Acelee, they managed to get Your Name Here to their cabin up in the mountains. They made it look like Cairo and Your Name Here were going to be gone for awhile. When in reality Your Name Here was going to be gone for a long ass time. Cairo locked her up in one of the rooms, and only let her out to eat. Your Name Here learned to hate Cairo, and she vowed to never let him get close to her again. Now that she's locked away, with no way of getting a hold of her family, or getting the help she was seeking, she felt like she was at a loss. Cairo finally won.
Cairo didn't want to hurt Your Name Here, and he didn't want her ever finding out what he was. She had fucked up so bad, that he had no choice. He wanted nothing more than to make her hurt as much as she hurt him. No one believed that the undead could have feelings. He did though. Your Name Here brought that out in him. When they had met, he didn't want anything to do with her, he didn't want her getting close to him, because he was scared that she would find out about his secret. Your Name Here thought that this whole time, he was out cheating on her, when in reality he was more loyal than she had been. It broke her heart realizing what she had done, and knowing she couldn't make it right.
Now that she's been locked away, and alone with her thoughts. She realized a lot of things. Cairo had been the best thing that happened to her. He was always there for her. He took care of her, and because she thought he was out cheating on her, she stooped to a lower level. What'll happen when she tries to make things right? Will Cairo let her go? Or would he finally turn her into a vampire like him? Will Cairo learn to forgive Your Name Here, or will he keep her on lock down until she finally get's old enough to die? You'll never know unless you join, Wake Up Call.

The rules of Wake Up Call.
First- The pictures will be real I would like them to be Normal, and nothing too out there either. I do and I will get picky, and if I don't like it, I will ask you to change them, if I do, I ask you this right here and now, do not get pissed with me. I'm sorry, but I would like to have something that isn't overly used, or edited. So yes illustrated, will be used for this Role Play. No If's And's Or But's about it. If you don't like real, go find a different Role Play, because this isn't one for you.
Second- Swearing is perfectly fine with me. This Rule here, might change and if it does I will change it. I don't mind if you use Fuck, Shit, Damn, Bitch, or anything else you can think of. This Role Play isn't child's play, so swear as much as you would like to. Just don't over do it, that's all I ask of you. Meaning don't swear in every line of your post, here and there is fine, but if you do it too much, is when it makes the Role Play dirty.
Third- This is going to be a mature and dark Role Play. Meaning here will be talk about, Sex, Drugs, and anything else you can think of. If you don't like Mature Topics, then this isn't the Role Play for you. I do like to have Mature Content inside of my Role Plays. I know that might sound mean of me, but I don't want this to be a Boring Role Play. Also you are more than welcome, to add in as much Drama, and plot Twists as you wish. I'm all game for that.
Fourth- I love love love, to have Detail inside of my Role Play's. So this is going to be a Literate meaning 700+ Words, yes I said WORDS, not Characters. If it's anything less than 1,000 Characters a post, it kills off a Role Play, and I really hate that. So if you can't post over 2,500 Characters a post, I'm sorry, but I will have to deny you into this Role Play. I want detail, and I want long posts. I'm a writer, so you can see where I'm coming from right? I do understand writers block, so about 500 words a post, will be fine with me.
Fifth- As for posting, I do have a job, and I am doing school, so my posting will be slow. I'm not meaning I'll take 20 Days to post. I mean, I'll take two to three days at a time. I would like to have a post at least a couple times a day, when I am online. I do have day's off, and I do have times when I would like to write. So the time I will allow you to post, is at least 10 Days, if I'm Role Playing with someone I know, they get longer, because I know I will get a post, and they know they will get one from me. The biggest thing I hate the most, is that people bug me to post, I'll post when I feel like. So do not bug me, and I will not bug you. There will be a posting order for this Role Play. Don't like it, don't join.
Sixth- If you get tired of The Role Play, you are more than welcome to send me a PM explaining, that you got bored with it. If you aren't feeling it, like you thought you did, you are more than welcome to tell me. I won't hate you for ditching, I'm just asking to tell me, before we get too far into the story line. If you steal any of my ideas, is when I will hunt you down, and make your life hell. All of the plots, I do myself, and I would love it, if you didn't steal any of my work.
Seventh- When asking to join this Role Play, I would like you to send me a PM with what I have posting in the thread. If I don't have what I need, I will kindly ask you Twice, to give me what I need. If I have to ask you a third time, I'm sorry but I will have to tell you no. I hate it when people don't give me what I ask for, and I bet you do as well. So please follow this rule, and I would love you forever! I promise writing with me, would be so much better if I didn't have to keep asking you to send me, all that I need.
Eighth- Doubling WILL happen later on down the road. So please make sure you have a male character on hand. Because I will be bringing in Acelee along the way. If you refuse to double later on, then I will have to deny you the spot. The reason as to why I'm having you double is to make it fair on the both of us. That and it'll help move the storyline along as well if we play more than one character. Sometimes it's a good thing to step out of your comfort zone. So please make sure you have a character in mind.
Ninth- I will ask you this once and once only. No OOC posts inside of the Role Play. I will make a thread for us to plot everything out. The realtime chat will not work for me, so that's why I will make a different thread. But do not post OOC posts inside of the thread itself.
Tenth- Most of my Role Plays, are Heterosexual, meaning Straight Couples, unless I state otherwise. If your wanting a Homosexual Role Play, you can ask me to change it up, before I get a lot of people into it, because I most likely will. If it's when it's first starting out, I will not change it. I busted my ass off on this, and I'm not gonna make someone take out a Character, they want to keep. If you don't like it, you can screw off. I know that's mean, but I'm tired of changing my Plots around, when people have already asked to join it.
Eleventh- Do not steal this plot idea! It is of my own doing. If I see anyone stealing this plot without asking me I will hunt you down, and bug you until you take it down. I have busted my ass on this Role Play for months. If you like the idea of it, I might let you use it, as long as you give me the credit for it. This is my idea, and mine alone. Got it? Good. Keep your grubby hands off.
Twelfth- No Gary Sue/Mary Sue characters period. This isn't the kind of Role Play for those characters. This Role Play is mature to an extent, and if you do a Gary Sue, or Mary Sue your character will be killed off right away, and you will be taken out of this role play. I will not stand for those kind of characters. This role play isn't the one for you if you want to make it all about your character.
Thirteenth- Now onto my favorite Rule of all time. I want this to be a fun Role Play, I don't want people God Modding in other Characters, and I won't god mod yours, unless I ask if it's okay. Marcus had made it all to easy to find a willing partner. After all it had never seemed to deter his unwanted attention in the past that she had a boyfriend why would now be any different. Once she could feel the burn coursing down her throat she exited- of course he was already under the blankets. Being with Marcus was nothing like being with Cairo. Immediately she could tell that she made a mistake in being blunt. While he made no threatening move towards her his tone had a dark sort of edge to it. The woman could feel goosebumps forming on her arms as he continued to ask rhetorical questions that he didn't even seem to bother to give her the time to answer. Nix did her best not to show fear as he spoke but she again flinched at his rightful accusations.
The pit in her stomach grew as he spoke. Although she had already started to wonder if she had it all wrong now she knew it to be the case. She knew that she had cheated on a man that had not betrayed her in that sense. But he also confirmed that there was something he was hiding from her. The words perfect woman grated against her. It felt like a slap in the face. She was not a perfect woman this had proved that. [+cornflowerblue "But you didn't trust me with everything. In reality she hadn't expected Acelee to answer her. The woman came across as completely loyal to her brother. Phoenix felt herself straighten as Acelee said she deserved to know, the young woman knew that her heart was pounding in her chest but she was determined to know what it was that Cairo was keeping from her. The word 'hunt' however caused confusion to coarse through her. Sure in the late hours of the night trapped in the room she wondered if there were perhaps any truth to the supernatural but it still seemed like a leap. After all there had to be an explanation as to why she saw him rip out Marcus throat. Well apparently the explanation according to Acelee right now was vampirism.
Nix threw the other woman a skeptical gaze as she spoke. It was hard to know if his sister was being truthful with her right now or if this was all some sick joke to terrify her. Her mouth felt dry as she listened to what was being told to her. The crazy part to her was that some of it made at least a little bit of sense. It explained the secretive trips, the way he would change topic when she asked about where he had went, and how he was able to kill like she had witnessed.
There was a heavy silence that filled the room once Acelee was done talking. Phoenix was still processing all that was said to her. When the woman had said that Cairo probably still loved her she couldn't help the way her heart fluttered- if she was being honest she knew that she still loved him but her emotions were still battling between those feelings and her own feelings of betrayal and now her feelings of fear.

It felt like both an eternity and no time at all had passed while they were having this conversation. All she knew was that she didn't feel like being out here when Cairo got back... from his hunt? [+cornflowerblue "If you are telling me the truth, then I am guessing Cairo is on.. a hunt... right now. I don't want to find out what he will do to me if I am not back in the room by the time he gets back... I need to go."] she said lightly her arms still wrapped around her body. She reached for the orange she had originally come out her to get. Once she was sure that Acelee was not going to have any more answers for her tonight she started to make her way back towards the room. She didn't waste time getting back to the room as she wasn't sure what would happen if he spotted her tonight.
With the door shut behind her she leaned against the wall slowly sinking down to the floor. Her heart was thundering against her chest. Vampires?! Was that really the explanation for all that had happened in her life that lead to now. That she had fallen in love with a vampire. It felt insane, like a fever dream. Plus she was no closer to figuring out if she hated him or loved him. Part of her was scared at the idea of him coming through the doors she had just closed and the other part of her hoped that he would so she could explain her side of the story.

In reality she hadn't expected Acelee to answer her. The woman came across as completely loyal to her brother. Phoenix felt herself straighten as Acelee said she deserved to know, the young woman knew that her heart was pounding in her chest but she was determined to know what it was that Cairo was keeping from her. The word 'hunt' however caused confusion to coarse through her. Sure in the late hours of the night trapped in the room she wondered if there were perhaps any truth to the supernatural but it still seemed like a leap. After all there had to be an explanation as to why she saw him rip out Marcus throat. Well apparently the explanation according to Acelee right now was vampirism.
Nix threw the other woman a skeptical gaze as she spoke. It was hard to know if his sister was being truthful with her right now or if this was all some sick joke to terrify her. Her mouth felt dry as she listened to what was being told to her. The crazy part to her was that some of it made at least a little bit of sense. It explained the secretive trips, the way he would change topic when she asked about where he had went, and how he was able to kill like she had witnessed.
There was a heavy silence that filled the room once Acelee was done talking. Phoenix was still processing all that was said to her. When the woman had said that Cairo probably still loved her she couldn't help the way her heart fluttered- if she was being honest she knew that she still loved him but her emotions were still battling between those feelings and her own feelings of betrayal and now her feelings of fear.
[+cornflowerblue "Why tell me now? Won't this council still want to kill me?"] she asked wrapping her arms around herself. [+cornflowerblue "And how do I know you aren't just lying to me?"] Nix wasn't truly sure what Acelee would gain from lying about being a vampire but it still seemed too unreal. Then again tearing someone apart with ones bare hands was also pretty unreal. [+cornflowerblue "Plus I truly doubt that he would listen to me anyways... He barely seems able to stand the sight of me."] she breathed out.

She didn't blame the woman, and she wasn't about to go after her either. She had said all she needed to for the night.]]

As the minutes ticked by in her room Phoenix chewed at her lip. This whole ordeal seemed to be getting crazier by the moment. While she wasn't sure that she had the courage to go out there and brave Acelee again to get answers to the questions that she had asked, there was a desire to know all that she was blind to. There was a need to know, so that way she could start to decide if that made this situation better or worse.
If all of it was true- it meant all the lies were for her safety. At least that was what Acelee said. That he had kept it all a secret to protect her from what she referred to as the council. Plus she should probably find out if that meant her life was in danger now. Then again she was pretty sure the only people who knew she was here was Acelee and Cairo. They had taken her phone from her which meant she had no form of communication. There was no way that she could even message Cairo to come talk to her after he got back.
That would be a decision that he would have to make on his own. In a way she hoped he would. That maybe she could hear from his own mouth that the crazy story she had been told was the truth. That it wasn't just his sister messing with her but that he was a vampire. As she sat in the room alone the questions just seemed to pile up in her mind.
It wasn't like she could control the curiosity that was building up inside her mind. Had he ever been so hungry that he thought about draining her? She felt like she had seen him eat food before, could he consume the same food she did? How did vampires differ from the ones she had seen in movies? Well it seemed like the sunlight thing was something that was true, after all Acelee had mentioned something about enchanted rings.
Phoenix started pacing the room as the questions continued to fill her mind. [+cornflowerblue "I wonder if he will even come here to talk..."] she mumbled to herself. Where would she even begin to try to explain herself like Acelee had suggested. Would he even listen? He didn't seem like he would be inclined to.
