Badboyhalo was one of the few blessed with cyber wings, and he was just flying around when the rain caught him. He let out a soft grumble as he got up from where he'd crashlanded, knowing that he probably shouldn't be walking but still doing it anyway. He called Skeppy, the only one he knew of that could do repairs on such short notice, and just ended up walking to Skeppy's shop with his wings continuing to spark, crumble and malfunction while on his back. It sucked, frankly, but did he have a choice? No. He walked in and looked around, sighing quietly. "Skeppy! Are you here? I finally got here! Ow..." He hissed at the feeling of the throbbing in his whole body on the side that had taken the brunt of the fall.
"I'm in the back! Gimme a sec; go ahead and take a seat while you're waiting!" Skeppy hollered from the back of the shop, digging and sifting through the various boxes he had stored in the spare room with the hopes of finding the few specific parts he knew Bad would need. Wing repair parts weren't an easy find in general, nor were they easy to come by, but he always had a few on hand in case one of the avians decided to swing by for a repair. His screen showed a bright grin when he finally found what he was searching for; bolts were always so difficult to find for no reason; quietly hauling out all he had gathered up. "I advised you to cover yourself in hydrophobic spray in order to avoid water-based malfunctions, but did you listen? Noooo, you insisted you would be fine." Skeppy lightly joked, rolling his eyes on screen before moving over to grab his tools, continuing to joke around with his gentle complaints. "I'm coating you in it before you set foot outside, fair warning. You don't get a choice in the matter this time around. And maybe a clean, you've got some mud on you."
"But that stuff stiiingggss!!" The cyber-demon huffed as he whined at Skeppy, watching him for a moment before sticking his tongue out. "Besiiides, you know you like it when I come around and see you, you cute lil muffin-droid you!" He teased with a soft smile as he managed to not hiss at the pain of moving around, kinda wishing there was an easier way to move around. Usually, there wasn't, and it was pretty annoying to him. Luckily he had Skeppy working on his wings to distract him, humming to himself and vibing with the soft music playing in the ground. His eyes glimmered as he watched him, managing to force one of his wings to open in order for Skeppy to begin to work on it. He always had trouble controlling his wings when they were wet, and it sucked. "This is such muffin-crumb logic. I don't like it when it rains."
Skeppy hummed out, gently grabbing the wing stretched out and holding it firmly in place while gently prying a few broken pieces apart, tapping his foot along to the beat of the music while he replaced the broken parts. "I'm fairly certain the only people who [i like] it when it rains are George, HD, and Foolish. Maybe Boomer as well, but he spends most of his time in water anyways," He offered out in response, examining the wing he finished repairs on, looking for any spots he had accidentally missed. When he found nothing, he gently stretched out the other wing and repeated the same process. "At least you can stay inside and out of the rain now, [i and] get your repairs, that's all that matters."
Bad smiled lightly at the feeling of his wing being repaired, humming lightly as he began to work on exchanging a few parts inside him for new ones. A couple of old ones looked about ready to break for good, and the cyber-demon sighed as he looked at them. He glanced up at Skeppy before closing his hand around the parts and just resolving to get them fixed later as he began to put the near-broken parts in a pouch he always wore. Skeppy had already fixed him, he didn't need to fix more of his problems. At least, that was how Bad saw it, he wasn't sure how Skeppy was going to feel about him walking around with parts on the verge of breaking.
Skeppy hummed along to the song as he worked now, giving the last check to both of the mechanical wings when he was confident he was finished, and, as he thought, everything was in working order now. Grinning contently to himself, he gently put the excess spare parts he had brought out into their respective boxes once more, slipping into the backroom to do so. He grabbed a cleaning cloth and a can of hydrophobic spray while he was back there, emerging after a few minutes of organizing his goods. "Alright, anything else you need while I'm at it?" Skeppy inquired curiously, already beginning to wipe the mud off of his companion.
Bad folded up his wings and looked up at Skeppy, glancing away for a moment before giving him a soft smile. "No, I should be fine." He tried, humming lightly. "I do want to wait out the rain though, I don't want to go out in it even when I'm covered in that stuff." He glared at the hydrophobic spray, it always stung and he knew that he probably would get it in his eyes sooner or later. He hated it when that happened...
"Fine with me, it just means I get to keep you company for longer," Skeppy said with a quiet laugh, wiping him clean from the last few splotches of mud he was once covered in. He grabbed the can he had set down momentarily, keeping true to his word and coating Bad thoroughly in it, starting with his wings as he [i strongly] didn't want to end up repairing them again due to the same reason any time soon. "See? It isn't that bad, just a little chilly is all." Skeppy playfully commented, sticking his tongue out as he twirled the can in his hands after he was finished, sliding the lid back onto it with a click.
"Aaaa-" He tried his best not to let it drip into his eyes, sneezing and looking at Skeppy before huffing gently. He leaned in and nuzzled him quietly as he hugged him gently, holding him tightly in order to make sure he didn't leave too quickly. Bad wanted his snuggles since they hadn't spoken fully in a while, just holding onto him and hiding his face in Skeppy's hair as he huffed quietly. "Mine. My muffinhead."
"Uh, that is [i not] correct, because according to the encyclopedia of-" Skeppy casually referenced, cutting himself off to make the same random noises that the Vine creator had made, quietly laughing to himself in the process. "I'm [i actually] a screenhead, thank you very much." He retorted with a bright grin, sticking his tongue out playfully at him afterwards while he continued to laugh to himself, finding his own jokes hilarious as much as any good comedian would.
He rolled his eyes lightheartedly as he looked down at him, smiling gently. "Muffinhead." He chuckled lightly, beginning to cuddle with him as he wrapped his wings around him as well. The cyber demon knew exactly what he wanted, and like virtual hell he was going to get it. He wanted his skeppy cuddles, and he wrapped both his arms and legs around the screenhead quietly. "My Skeppy."
Skeppy peacefully sighed out, cuddling up to the cyber demon with a gleeful smile, quietly returning the sentiment, "My Bad." He paused for a second, his gleefulness turning devious as he looked up to him, a mischievous spark flashing in his eyes on the screen. "You're responsible for explaining [i this] to any customers who waltz in though; that convo's all yours alone to handle." Skeppy snickered, referring to the two of them cuddling and the fact that their relationship was undetermined as of yet and almost needlessly complicated to explain to others, especially so to unfamiliar acquaintances or strangers.
Bad shrugged before kissing at Skeppy's screen, making sure not to smudge it since he knew Skeppy would get angry about it like he usually did. He seemed very content to snuggle with him like this, his whole body essentially wrapped around the mechanic/hacker like the cat demon he was. He let out soft sighs as he closed his eyes with a soft smile, completely prepared to be like this forever. He'd gladly spend his forevers with the screenhead, even if Skeppy wouldn't be able to respond...after a while...he shook his head to get rid of that thought, clinging to him further.
Skeppy's smile softened up into something not as devious and something more genuine, heartfelt even, contently basking in the moment as he stayed cuddled up to Bad, deciding against throwing anymore lighthearted jokes or comments his way for the time being. He already put the cyber demon through so many thus far, after all, so he figured genuine conversation would be a nice change of pace. Humming a few of the notes of the song that was currently playing throughout his shop, Skeppy closed his eyes and simply started talking; something he was exceedingly good at, as he had been told. "I've been on my feet all day, relaxing like this is nice... Sam and Foolish popped up here this morning; apparently they broke each other's hands while arm wrestling each other, I found it funny. Ponk swung by a little later after that too, but he just needed to rest and recharge more than anything else. I swear he's juggling too much at once all the time... But what have you been up to all day?"
"Sounds like them..." Bad mumbled tiredly, looking down at him with a quiet hum as he thought to himself for a moment. "Have you been charging yourself properly, Skeppy, or have you just been fueling yourself off of ice cream again?" He tsked lightheartedly as he stuck his tongue out at him playfully, bonking his head gently. "You're such a muffinhead, Skeppy." He playfully giggled before kissing his head and nuzzling him sweetly. It was clear how much Bad wanted to be more than just undetermined friends.
