Leon quietly stayed seated, raising a brow up at the other holding his sword as he sipped at his tea for a few seconds longer. He followed his line of sight, tensing up a little at the sight of Arthur, and his son nonetheless. Well, fuck, there's the other ''parental'' figure he didn't wish to see, and he seemed hellishly pissed to top it off. Not seeing a need to involve himself and risk getting into any trouble whatsoever, Leon silently scooted to the side of the booth closest to the wall, pretending to have not noticed as Arthur approached, though he kept his eyes keenly on Honda and Peter, just in case he needed to drag the Japanese man out of the store if a fight were to happen or if Arthur and Honda got too heated in argument, then he could escort Peter out; such a small kid didn't need to go through such suffering, in his eyes. While Leon sipped his tea in uncomfortable silence, Arthur [i furiously] stormed his way over. Out of all the people to have hurt his son, [i of course] it had to be Kiku, the one east asian country he did quite well with! He was enraged, and rightfully so in his opinion, silently motioning for Peter to stay put for his own safety as he glared Honda down, grumbling with a scowl fresh on his face. "You [i bloody bastard,] why didn't I expect from you? You never change; never have, never will; and maybe it's past due time for a change of your leadership." Arthur hissed out in displeasure, his fingers lightly twitching with a fury to grab [i some] sort of weapon, though he folded his arms over one another for the time being. Perhaps a little logic and sensible discussion could work rather than jumping straight into fighting, or, that's what Arthur's tiniest bit of hope had him believe.
