Quackity grunted as he picked up a heavy crate, setting it down and cracking it open. He then picked up a bottle and opened it, sniffing it gently before tipping his head back as he took a sip of it. Of course, he'd pay Skeppy back for the little bit of revenue they'd lose, but at the same time, he didn't care. They were exploring their relationship, and Quackity was willing to give Skeppy a chance. He happily hummed as he looked at the diamond, tilting his head. "It seems fine to me. Doesn't smell poisonous this time, eh?" He laughed softly before coming up behind him, draping his arms around Skeppy from behind and humming to himself. "So...when we're done getting this shit loaded, you wanna go drink or something?" He hummed as he looked down at him, poking his cheek gently before kissing it lightly. He rarely showed affection to others, except if he really liked them. And he did like Skeppy, very much so.
Skeppy let out a pleased hum at the sound of the alcohol not being poisoned this time around whilst he kept inventory and scribbled down little things onto the paper he held. He always took his notes about inventory and the business on paper rather than record them digitally because, unlike something online, paper could easily be destroyed. Besides, nobody but Quackity and him could read his handwriting anyway. Skeppy looked up from the clipboard and contently hummed once more, "Is there ever a time I *don't* want to?" The diamond jested with a small laugh that slowly dissolved into a sigh. "Sure, only if you finish up with loading faster than I can finish taking inventory, how's that sound? You better hurry though, I'm almost done," Skeppy stated as he stuck his tongue out, gesturing to his clipboard and the few things left he had to check. Of course, he'd go with Quackity either way, but why not add a little bit of a playful challenge if he could?
He rolled his eyes and grabbed the next crate, humming to himself and bringing it over to the loading area. His wings shifted as he hummed, flying up and picking up a couple of the crates. He had actually done a decent job on getting everything loaded up quickly, humming to himself and finishing up quickly. He then walked over to Skeppy and slung his arms around his shoulders again as he smirked lightly, nuzzling his cheek comfortably. "Easy." He hummed out as he stood in front of him, booping Skeppy's nose. He stuck his tongue out playfully as he watched the diamond golem, lightly holding onto his face. "...Pretty boy." He hummed out in a pleased tone as his wings shifted on his back, the feathers ruffling out slowly. Something they'd found they liked to do together was just...helping each other with menial hygiene tasks. Quackity had quickly found how to get off the patches of diamond when they got too annoying without hurting too badly, and Skeppy's smaller hands could adjust Quackity's feathers out of annoying positions. It was a form of bonding other than their side job.
Skeppy let out another contented hum, setting his clipboard and pen down on top of one of the nearby crates that were in his arm's reach. His eyes continued to scan over their shipment order, double-checking that his numbers were flawlessly correct; a little confirmation never hurt anybody, after all. Plus, he didn't want to accidentally sell any product they *didn't* have, that always ended poorly. He should know, it had happened a few times before. The diamond golem, after checking everything over one final time for a moment longer, looked to Quackity finally and pressed a kiss to his nose in return for his own having been booped, sticking his tongue out soon after. Skeppy wasn't wearing his box head, but it was still an expression he made on the regular regardless, though he was softly smiling while doing so. "So, what exactly did you have in mind?" He asked curiously, his eyes glancing to the avian's wings when they shifted and the feathers had ruffled out a touch.
He let out a soft chuckle at the kiss before letting go of him, folding up his wings after a moment and humming to himself. "Well, I've got some decent stock in alcohol at Las Nevadas, we could go back there and watch idiots gamble their lives, money and souls away?" He hummed, giving away one of his favorite, definitely sadistic, pastimes. He thought it was funny, the way people were so willing to give up everything for the mere *chance* to get a jackpot. He sat on a crate casually before humming softly, standing up on it, grinning softly. "Or we could prank someone, steal something, maybe we could blow something up?" He suggested, knowing that Skeppy didn't usually like the avian hybrid's hobbies but still suggesting them. Quackity then hopped down from the crate and went up to the diamond golem, gently holding his face as he grinned softly.
"Sooooo, what I'm hearing iiiiiiis," Skeppy dragged out, typically doing so whenever he was thinking or simply wanted to add a little tension by making the person he was talking to wait a bit for his answer. It was a slight mix of both this time around, pulling his tongue back into his mouth so it wasn't sticking out anymore. "You wanna do something that'd probably cost us dearly afterwards? Alright well," Skeppy fell back into thought to think of something that theoretically was just as chaotic as all the suggestions he was pitched, but preferably something that probably wouldn't get them in trouble. Don't get him wrong, he adored pranking people, stealing things from others here and there, and even occasionally blowing things up, though people had come to learn that it was all fun and games from Skeppy and he never meant anything by it; hell, Skeppy rarely got in trouble for his antics. Quackity, on the other hand, was taken *extremely* seriously in comparison to the diamond golem, so perhaps they weren't the best ideas. Skeppy visually perked up a little at a thought, "We could always just throw a party y'know; Party Island and all that shit. Still just as chaotic and lively, for your enjoyment, but it's on the safer side."
Quackity huffed a bit before nuzzling at Skeppy's cheek, humming to himself. "Yeah, maybe! You wanna attend, diamond boy?" He made finger guns at him before raising one up to be right under his chin, biting his lip a bit. "Maybe we could kiss or something." He hummed before stepping back and shrugging a bit, grinning at Skeppy. "Unless you don't want either of those, in which case, I guess I'll see ya next time we do this." He hummed as his wings opened a bit, but he gave the diamond golem ample time to give his answer as he watched him quietly. He thought Skeppy might want to, given it was the diamond's idea, but he didn't want to assume. He'd gotten rough experiences from times where he'd assumed things, and he'd rather not deal with that anymore. It's not like he could stop them, though, and he knew that. Reality was often unforgiving.
Skeppy rolled his eyes and softly laughed, slipping his hands into the front pocket of his typical hoodie as he grinned, though a blush dusted his cheeks from having essentially been baited and caught like a fish. There was no way was he going to show that internal flusteredness, however, "It's almost like I *didn't* just suggest that as if I didn't plan on attending. Oh, I wonder, do I feel like going? It's suuuuch a mystery," The diamond joked with another laugh, calmly taking a few steps to the side in order to gather up his personal belongings he had set down momentarily earlier in the day. "Trust me, the only reason I *wouldn't* go is if I had died or got kidnapped or something happened along those lines, so yeah, add me to your guest list or whatever. Lemme know the place, the time, and who to invite, and I'll be sure to be there, Big Q," Skeppy stated contently as he finished gathering his things, shoving them into his hoodie pocket; he never came to the factory with much on him other than the basic necessities; still offering Quackity a relaxed grin.
He shrugged nonchalantly before throwing his arms around the diamond's shoulders, humming softly as he made eye contact with him. "Why don't we invite Ponk? I'm sure he'll drag Sam along." He hummed out before putting their noses together for a moment, kissing his nose afterwards and smiling lightly. "It'll be fun. Like a double-date or something." He hummed lightly as he watched him, then shifted his wings open in order to cover their faces from view. "And besides...nobody has to know if we blow something up." He teased softly, then quickly stole a kiss and ran off, his wings bringing him into the air as he grinned softly.
Skeppy let a happy sigh escape his lips, softly shaking his head. Quackity was going to be a tease *and* a tempt, huh? The diamond golem honestly couldn't expect less from the avian, quietly humming as he walked off to lock up the factory and ensure it was done properly; it would be a shame to lose such precious product inside, after all; before strolling back to his house. Ah, how was he going to sneak past Bad later that day? Oh, wait, Bad was always so obsessed with The Egg that he didn't even *need* to sneak past him, as he was never home. That made things easier, that much was for sure, and it allowed him to get ready in peace without any distractions. Hell, Skeppy could even listen to whatever music he wanted to and play it at any volume, which was exactly what he did. He trusted Quackity enough to invite Ponk on his own accord since the diamond golem didn't know the lemon mayor all that well, focusing solely on himself for the moment whilst slowly getting ready.
Quackity ended up wearing his usual dress shirt with suspenders over it and dress pants, but he added a light cyan vest and even 'frosted' his wingtips to make them look more like a sunset. He did end up going up to the lemon mayor and inviting him, also extending the invitation to Sam through Ponk before getting the party ready for them. He was lucky he had so many workers to get the party ready properly, and happily hummed as he watched them. What, you think he's just gonna buckle down and help? Nah, he'd rather watch while waiting for his 'date' and their guests. Slimecicle was there, being head of security and watching everyone, but mostly talking with Quackity as the avian hummed along to the music. A few good cases of alcohol had been unloaded, as well as a bunch of food made.
Skeppy hummed along to his music, adding the finishing touches to his makeup and look overall, practically dousing himself in setting spray once he was done to ensure nothing even had a chance to change or shift in any way, shape, or form. If he was going to go out and spend the evening with Quackity, he was going to make sure he looked on point and damn *fine*; after all, he wouldn't accept anything less from himself. So, after making sure his phone was fully charged and he was ready for the night, the diamond made his way out the practical mansion he called his home, setting off on his way to Las Nevadas. It didn't take him long, thankfully, peacefully chatting up Ponk and Sam after finding them walking along as well, which gave him plenty of company considering they all were rather friendly towards one another as far as acquaintances came. Skeppy parted his way away once they had arrived, however, going to look for Quackity. He simply couldn't get enough of the avian, so it was only natural for him to want to quickly find him as soon as possible.
Quackity was laying back on a form of fainting couch, Slimecicle smiling at Skeppy before Quackity stood up and looked down at the diamond. He came down the steps to him, holding an arm out to him. "You look amazing, diamond." He praised as he smiled at him, the cyan jacket he wore being slightly highlighted by the lights as he smiled at him. He leaned in and gently pecked his lips again, gently rubbing his cheek before humming lightly. "It's nice to see you again, you certainly clean up nice, huh?" He teased lightly as his wings shifted, the edges of his feathers being a deeper orange than the rest. It was a nice change, sort of .
Skeppy hummed out blissfully as he almost shyly smiled and glanced away for a moment. He hadn't expected Quackity of all people to wear cyan out of all the colours available, thus making the diamond fairly flustered as it was his colour, though he didn't complain. If anything, he made a silent note to himself to try and convince Eret to make a few things for Quackity in cyan, soon swiftly snapping his attention back to the avian. "Aaaand that surprises you... How? I *am* a model, I'll remind you, it's practically my job to know how to clean myself up nice." Skeppy played off his ever so slight case of shyness and otherwise flustered demeanour, letting it melt back into his usual playful and mildly confident vibe. "Oh, and orange doesn't go all that well with cyan, just so you know," The diamond added on as a tease with a small wink and a peck to Quackity's lips.
Quackity scoffed softly before flicking Skeppy's nose gently, rolling his eyes. "Shut up. I tried my best to frost the tips well!" He huffed before leading him around comfortably, occasionally kissing the diamond's cheek if someone looked at Skeppy. It was slight possessiveness that drove this behavior, and he looked up at him before pulling him close and pressing their lips together gently. He thought he looked nice, and wasn't exactly eager to share him now. His wings even opened a bit and covered Skeppy's back slightly, the avian pulling away from the kiss after a moment before humming and smirking at him. "Hola~" He hummed out in a smooth tone, sticking his tongue out a bit in a mimic of the usual face Skeppy's box head had. It amused him to make that face, it reminded him of Skeppy.
Skeppy smiled in satisfaction, though he raised a brow at Quackity's newfound expression which mimicked his box head. Now, he had two opinions, stick out his tongue as well, or joke around about it. Skeppy being Skeppy, chose the latter of the options. "Oi! No! Get that back in there!" The diamond declared, using a finger to try and gently poke and shove Quackity's tongue back into his mouth, his brows knitted together in a playful challenge. "You're already Discount me, so stop copying! You've already got the clout from being my discount! What more could you want??" He added on with a quiet laugh, still trying to push the other's tongue back into his mouth. Who knows, maybe his hands didn't taste all that good, which could add as an incentive for Quackity to do as he was told, though Skeppy himself didn't know. Why would he know how his hands tasted, after all? That would be weird, even for him.
Quackity laughed as he covered his mouth, gently grabbing Skeppy's wrists and holding them gently as he smirked at him. "Pretty sure you'd be saying something different if I had you on my bed, Skeppy!~" He laughed out before shifting his wings to keep them behind Skeppy, holding him close and refusing to let him go as he leaned in and placed his forehead on Skeppy's gently. He hummed to himself for a moment, then let go of his wrists and gently placed his arms around him. "Besides~ I'm hotter." He hummed out as he stuck his tongue out for a moment, then pulled it back in before Skeppy could do anything about it. He loved messing around with him like this, it made him laugh and smile.
Skeppy merely rolled his eyes and mockingly scoffed, suddenly excessively thankful for the foundation and slight coats of powder of artificial blush that helped to hide his actual blush from sight. Determined to win this mini-game, he ever so lightly snuggled closer. "You're right, you are hotter," The diamond golem started off affirmatively, feeling a grin slowly creep up onto his expression. "I'm about as warm as an ice block, so of course I'd be colder than you, dumbass. Geez, do you even have two brain cells left? Or did they all suddenly die from all the drugs and alcohol?" Skeppy joked, his grin only worsening as he softly laughed to himself, leaning in a touch closer. "Besiiiiides, *if* you had me on your bed, I'm certain we wouldn't even bother speaking with our words right now, Quackity~" He stated with a tiny hint of a smirk. Hey, if he was going to get teased and flirted with, one could bet their life he was going to do so back; it was his nature, even if he got flustered as a result of it.
"You're gonnaaaaa," Skeppy dragged out his voice once more as he fell into thought while stretching the word out, his grin falling into a simple smile. "Do my nails? Aww, how sweet, thank you Big Q," He joked, raising a hand up to gently rub Quackity's cheek, sticking his tongue out and playfully winking. "Anyways, let's get something to drink, you *did* kinda promise me a few drinks after all," Skeppy said, grabbing one of Quackity's hands and softly tugging him over to where the drinks were set up, offering up a friendly wave to Slimecicle when they had passed him.
He chuckled out before picking up a bottle, examining it as Slimecicle waved happily. Quackity opened the bottle and sniffed it before pouring it into a double-rocks glass, pushing it over to Skeppy after putting some ice into it for the diamond to crunch on. He then took a whole bottle for himself, because that’s how his habits worked.
Skeppy hummed contently, friendly-smiling at Slimecicle before redirection his attention back to Quackity. He smiled a little more at the sight of ice in his drink, reaching for it and silently sipping at it for a second. Ah, how he adored the cold, he himself almost as frosty as an English winter sometimes, plus, he could chomp and crunch the ice too, so it was a triple win in his eyes. He got a drink, the drink was cold because of the ice, and he could munch on the ice; the ideal combo. The diamond looked to the avian, casually swirling the contents of his glass, though he didn't speak a word, perfectly content to simply enjoy his company at the moment.
Quackity glanced at Skeppy before smiling softly, humming to himself for a bit before leading Skeppy over to the couch he was sitting on before. He sat on it and crossed one leg over the other casually as he closed his eyes, humming to himself and leaving Skeppy a spot next to him. He even had his arm open a bit as if inviting Skeppy to lean against him. Which he sort of was, given that he loved feeling like there was someone of equal stature next to him. He glanced at Skeppy and hummed, licking his lips a bit after a sip of his drink before kissing his cheek gently. "I'm glad you decided to come to me. You and I will do amazing things together." He spoke out calmly as he tilted Skeppy's head a bit to kiss him fully, humming a bit.
Skeppy hummed out a contented tune, swiftly returning the kiss with a smile, giving his drink another light swirl as he pulled away. Though, he happily took the invitation to lean against the again, doing so as he took a sip of his drink. "That sounds an awful lot like another business partnership proposal," He jested with a quiet laugh as he rolled his eyes at his own joke. After a few moments of comfortable silence on his part, the diamond slowly began to snuggle closer to Quackity up until he was flush next to him. "You're warm," Skeppy simply stated, evidently happy with the discovery he had made as he smiled a little and stuck his tongue out. He always liked warm things, considering most of the time he was freezing, so he took a slightly possessive claim over Quackity and his warmth as he snuggled up next to him, content and satisfied.
Quackity glanced at him before wrapping his wing around him as well, trapping Skeppy's body against his own with a soft hum. "You know me, babe, I'm always looking for business opportunities." He hummed out before swirling his drink in it's bottle, making a finger gun at Skeppy. "Especially with you, guapito. You're smarter than people make you out to be, you know. I'm glad you decided to accept my proposal. And me." He hummed out as he glanced at him, then nuzzled his shoulder before pulling him closer. "We're partners, in life and in business." He hummed as he grinned at him with a soft chuckle, his feathers shifting softly. "This is gonna be fun, huh? We'll bring Las Nevadas to bigger heights together!" He chirped before laughing, leaning back against the back of the couch as he sighed quietly. "Ahh...this is going to be so much fun."
Skeppy playfully hummed out a note of mock disapproval/uncertainty, letting his eyes fall back to his drink as he took another small, peckish sip of it. "I dunno Big Q, I'm, like, eighty-nine percent certain I'm just a himbo, but whatever you say I guess." He lightly joked, rolling his eyes as he stuck his tongue out just a little further before pulling it back inside his mouth. Of course, he wasn't being serious in the slightest as he oftentimes used the ''play dumb'' card as a means to pretend he didn't know something and to act like he actually wasn't involved in his side business. It made for a good cover-up, given his character and mannerisms. "Besiiiiiides," Skeppy went on, shifting a little bit at a time until he was peacefully resting in Quackity's lap. Hey, if he wanted to be comfortable around someone, he was *going* to be comfortable. "Who said you have convinced me enough to leave the Badlands behind and join Las Nevadas instead? You might need to get back to pitching the idea of this place to me, Q," He continued to joke, quietly laughing to himself. Don't get him wrong, he thought Las Nevadas was wonderful, but that mansion back in the Badlands *probably* couldn't be beaten by anything else on the SMP. Plus, it had more than plenty of storage of all of his makeup and outfits; a rarity that typically cost a pretty penny given how much storage it required.
Quackity instinctively placed his arms around Skeppy's waist, humming to himself before shrugging. "This place is dedicated to fun, a place where you don't need to be anything special as long as you pay your tab and respect people's boundaries." He hummed casually before kissing Skeppy's neck, looking up at him with a soft chuckle. "Besides...you'll have to travel less to see me..." He seemed to hesitate a bit before looking up at him again. "And you won't have to sneak around Bad. We could be together, do as much or as little as you want. Your desire is my reality, my pretty diamond." He hummed as he kissed him gently, his wings shifting behind him and folding up comfortably. Quackity wanted Skeppy to join him.
Skeppy raised a brow in slight surprise. Well, that was certainly an unexpected but welcomed ego boost, that's for sure. His crown might as well fall off his head right then and there because that alone was enough to feed his ego for at least a few days, earning him to warmly grin. "I'll consider it, no promises though." The diamond golem simply said, although his answer had already been mentally decided as a yes. He might as well continue to toy around and play with Quackity as much as he could, after all; it was fun in his opinion to leave him on the hook, so to speak. "... Las Nevadas could use a dedicated ice cream shoppe, though, just saying. It'd sell like crazy during the heat of midday, don't you think?" Skeppy inquired, casually pitching a small idea he already had for the place. Plus, it gave him a chance to subtly bring up one of his favourite things in the world, so if an ice cream shoppe *were* to be built, by chance, it would give him an excuse to indulge. Yeah, he had thought about it more than a few times by now, that much was evident.
He hummed casually as he thought about it, shifting so that he was leaning back against the couch again, still holding Skeppy's waist gently. "It probably would, you're right. Maybe you could help plan the menu for it." He hummed out as he lightly placed Skeppy's glass onto the tray of one of the people walking around to serve drinks, it swiftly coming back with the same drink as before. Quackity hummed in approval and placed a couple of tokens onto the tray, the server's eyes lighting up gently before they scurried off with a whispered "thank you" to the avian. It made him chuckle softly, turning his attention back to the diamond as he hummed lightly. "You could stay in my penthouse with me, or have your own in the needle. It's entirely up to you." He spoke out calmly as he watched him, smiling softly. He knew that Skeppy liked having large places, evidenced by his mansion, so he hoped the diamond would choose one of his choices or suggest his own.
Skeppy quietly sipped at his new drink as he eyed the worker scurry off, a little curious as to why they seemed so happy. Oh well, he mentally supposed, at least he found a way to easily get them to warm up to him in a fairly friendly manner. After all, it *was* important to make sure you got along decently enough with a partner's employees, given that Skeppy was technically also Quackity's coworker. He let out a satisfied hum, redirecting his gaze back to the avian as he softly smiled once more. The diamond golem gave it a moment of thought to think his choice over before he lightly laughed and nuzzled at his cheek. "Well then, I certainly hope you have enough closet space to accommodate me, otherwise you're gonna be screwed for closet space of your own," Skeppy half-jokingly stated, playfully making it clear that he would happily take up *all* the closet space if there wasn't enough for the both of them.
"Oh, I know." He hummed lightly, kissing his cheek in return as he laughed quietly. "You're adorable, cariño." He hummed out as he remained close to him happily, closing his eyes for a moment before opening them to look up at him silently. Quackity just liked looking at Skeppy, he found him extremely attractive. Not just because he's a diamond, but his personality and charms definitely worked on the avian. He hummed to himself as he laid his head onto Skeppy's shoulder, sighing to himself and rubbing his sides lightly as a form of idle motion. He honestly wasn't sure what he was doing either, he just needed something to do with his hands, especially since he'd had the now-empty bottle of alcohol taken away to be exchanged for another, full one. He looked up at him before booping his nose gently, sticking his tongue out softly. "Bleh."
