The Mortal Struggle.

By Kanedgy

I'm looking for a group roleplay. You don't have to write a whole book but if you want to write a lot feel free to do so

The Kyōshin is an order of 3 samurai, each of them have magnificent skills, enough to make them the only generals commanding japan's armies in the feudal era. The first Kyōshin is named Miyamoto Musashi and by foreigners either Musashi or Moto. He is by far the youngest, younger than the second Kyōshin by 10 years. This group's code of honor is the most strict of all the other samurai, because they need to protect their country from otherworldly beings, which is why they were formed.

The second Kyōshin is the first female samurai, and her army is all female, serving purposes the men can't during war. Her name is Mitsuki, meaning beautiful moon. Her skills are formidable, on par with Miyamoto.

The third Kyōshin and oldest, is Oda Nobunaga. He is often called Oda. He is the strongest of the Kyōshin and has the strongest army. He is rumored to be the leader of the Kyōshin, even though there is none. They all serve under the emperor. Miyamoto is 20, Mitsuki, 23, Oda, 30

This is a roleplay taking place in feudal japan. You can be a demon, angel, human, human with powers, etc.

Technoblade never dies

Miyamoto Musashi woke up and did his normal routine. This was a part of his training, meditating, stretching, and training. That wasn't even a glimpse of what it took to be a Kyōshin. While the normal samurai were eating, this group of swordsmen and women were sparring. There was no telling when another war will happen Musashi worried that the feudal lords were angering the gods, and wrath would soon fall upon his country. When he was done sparring, he took a bath in the hot spring to relax his muscles and went to go eat breakfast.

Mitsuki woke up at the same time as the others, making sure to be on top of everything, and not being underestimated as a woman. She always loves to one up her fellow samurai. The required time the Kyōshin had to wake up was at dawn. She meditated in a different area than the other two Kyōshin, so they could each be at peace. She followed the normal Kyōshin routine, and ate along side Musashi

Oda, being the oldest, felt he had to make sure the younger Kyōshin didn't out do him. Even though he was the most skilled, it certainly didn't feel that way. He worked twice as hard, and followed the normal Kyōshin routine, with adding a few workouts here and there

Hooni woke up slowly, the smell of sunflowers going through his nose. The sunrise coming into view as he began to yawn and stretch...although to a mere human he would be seen as some little kid. But he was much more than that.....and with a blade he was a samurai. He watched the oldest of the samurai from a distance in the form of a small fox.
Catlover33Kurapika   1y ago

Kurapika yawned and got up. He was in a forest and had no idea that he would soon encounter something. He was an angel and was out in plain sight. He then went off and watched the samurai from a distance.

Kurama was a fox demon and had actually manipulated a few of the plants around him in order to make sure that nobody found him. He did not want to be found and he would prefer to keep it that way for a long while. He did not watch the samurai and preferred to stay in the forest.

[pic https://i.imgur.com/zy1hOj6.png]

Slowly opening his eyes, Salucryn let out a slow exhale and ran his hands through his hair, combing the stray tresses disheveled during sleep into proper place. He stood up and stretched, feeling a shiver run through his body as the action caused his clothes’ fabric to rub lightly against his skin, the apparel frigid and wet from the now-melted pile of ice he had rested on. As a demon whose blood origins trace to the deepest echelon of the Occidental Hell, a spectral chasm of biting frost, Salucryn welcomed– perhaps even invited– the cold.

Unmoving, relishing in the cryogenic temperatures that embraced him, Salucryn closed his eyes for a while that could have been some short seconds or several long minutes; he didn’t count– he didn’t care to. Finally, after a pause to survey his surroundings, checking for any danger and mulling over where he should go next, he began his journey southwards. There have been no scarcity of circulating rumors, even throughout this remote human settlement in the yearlong-wintry mountains far up the north which he had been hanging around for the prior few weeks, and he has heard quite a lot about the Kyōshin. Thinking them some dandy group of snobs who just have pride and greed and some bladework tricks– no different from so many other bands of so-called prestigious human warriors he had seen in the past– he hadn’t paid them much mind; but now, he decided, it wouldn’t hurt to make a little [i “pilgrimage”] to top off all that is happening recently.

The slaughter of the villagefolk he had coexisted with for a while, at the hands of men in uniform attire that sported the distinguishing symbols of one feudal clan, was in Salucryn’s eyes a clear sign of the ignition of the firework’s fuse that would almost instantly scatter the currently already intricate and fragile web of power. Soon, he predicted, an explosion of all-out war will break out, with so many lords fighting to cannibalize others’ dominion and influence. And now, this trip he’s taking to meet the Kyōshin, is only one early preparation for his plans to entertain himself in the upcoming show and play it all as a deadly game.

[i Perhaps then he’ll feel something other than this nauseating, vexatious tedium for once…]

Oda was used to scanning his surroundings; he has done it for years. His ancestral background is what aided him in this feat. Despite age, he was considered the most agile of the Kyōshin which, of course, is up for debate. He noticed something off about his surroundings, the Kyōshin had long finished eating, and their next task wasn't until hours ahead. Him, being the oldest, has had the most experience and more time to train. Immediately, he noticed Hooni. Knowing the fox had been watching him for a while. He decided to not be violent, and act like he was clueless. His discipline over the years told him to not engage; it could cause catastrophic problems. Running his hand down the sheathe of his katana, he decided to walk to the palace. If hooni followed him, then he would confront him. At this point, he was tired of acting; he decided to walk to the palace, with a rather quick pace. Oda let out a light sigh and took in his surroundings, cherry blossoms falling down- it seemed almost to early for the pink petals to fall. This would signal a war, a violent entity, or a good harvest. Knowing not to trust omens, Oda considered to stay on his feet, for he had already seen a kyuubi.

[pic https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/1024x768q90/924/ETpqGI.jpg]

Miyamoto noticed he was being watched. So, he decided to investigate. He noticed Kurapika, but realized something. "What is an angel doing here...?" he asked himself. At this point Miyamoto became curious, so he decided to walk to Kurapika, quite loudly, so he would be noticed. Knowing this was probably a bad idea- no definitely a bad idea, he hoped the gods would have mercy on him.

[pic https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/1024x768q90/923/7bicWe.png]

Mitsuki was the last to finish eating. She decided to walk to the training grounds. Taking out the kendo stick, she sparred with one of the higher-ups in her army. Mitsuki wasn't a fan of playing favorites, but despite her opinion, this soldier was by far her favorite. After that, she decided to go into the hot spring again, and relish in her thoughts. Which, most of the time, wasn't a good idea. Mitsuki got out, dried herself off, and got dressed. She heard Oda was going to the palace, so she decided to follow him. At this time, Oda was halfway there, but at the pace he was going, Mitsuki could catch up by just jogging. She did just that. Once she caught up, she asked Oda "What's up? You know we never go to the palace this early..." Oda caught her up on what he noticed, and told her to stay thinking on her feet. Just in case Hooni were to show violent intent, if he was even following them. They walked up the thousands of stairs that led to the palace together, and requested to be let in. The guards happily complied, and Oda started to walk to the 'Legends Armory', A place with all of the armor of past samurai, who made a great impact on Japan, and saved it countless times.
Covid_ChanOlive Higgins   1y ago

Hooni watched Oda with such interest, he stayed close by his side. But when he started to speed up he found it a little hard to do so, eventually tripping over his own paw and falling face first onto the wooden floor board of the palace. He whimpered and stood up slowly before walking with the male again.
Catlover33Kurapika   1y ago

Kurapika didn’t move. He stayed silent and also didn’t want to cause any trouble. “I was just curious about who you are, human.” He said.

Mephyeka tossed back the tail of his hair and stood up, reaching to ruffle the violet curls that now were slicked down by a freshly past shower of raindrops. With a dragged-out sigh followed by a disinterested pout, he trod forward through the forest, black steel-laden boots breaking the surface of the puddled water he had just checked his slightly disheveled appearance’s reflection in; the disturbance lasted only a single moment, though, as Mephyeka continued ahead, allowing the puddle– now left far behind– to slowly ripple and reconverge.

Mephyeka trekked on until he emerged from the woods, stepping into a wide, open plane. He felt a soft spark of delight as he peered through the light veil of morning fog into the distance, his gaze landing on a grandiose edifice– an embellished palace. It was so, seemingly painstakingly far, and at the same time so close, with only less than a league of land separating him from his destination. Mephyeka smiled, knowing how close he was to meeting that quite familiarly acquainted samurai trio again after a good several years. He always presented himself to them as just another mere human– which he was expert at imitating, appearance, aura, and the whole lot of that, with all the years he spent mingling in this world– however the disguise didn’t detract at all from the gems of conversations they had. In these times he was content; glad, even, being [i just a human], not even the confrontational warrior he was in nature, but rather simply a persona of an outgoing, happy-go-lucky inventor who travels and tinkers with bits around the world.

Technoblade never dies

(OOC: May or may not have forgotten the order..sorry)
Musashi sighed, "Angels have always been nosy...wouldn't expect you to be different. Gabriella is the most annoying though." He turned around and started to walk back. "Better leave us alone. . .I'm not as forgiving as the others.." Musashi said before making his way to the palace. He noticed a fox following Oda and Mitsuki. This was starting to annoy him, "Why can't we just be in peace for our only free day before the next raid..?" he sighed and picked the fox up, walked down the stairs, and put it down "Bye, Bye."

[pic https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/1024x768q90/923/7bicWe.png]

Mitsuki ran down to Musashi, "I think that was a kitsune..." She said before they walked up the stairs together "[+purple Figures...]" The samurai replied. It seemed that lately everything has been more hectic...being watched by supernatural creatures who are revered as gods or their servants in different cultures around the world..Why is that happening? It can't be only here- Once the group was back together they relayed what happened to them and tried to think about why they were being watched.

[pic https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/1024x768q90/924/btKM3i.jpg]

Oda sighed, "Spies...War...This might be what our ancestors warned us about.." Musashi nodded, "This may be bad.." Mitsuki sighed and said, "You guys are such downers..I doubt another war will break out."
Corona_ChanOlive Higgins   1y ago

Hooni walked up the stairs and watched them some more, his eyes was fixed on the weapons in the party's hands. Their weapons.....carefully forged and crafted. Each of them made to suit each member......they were amazing and cool. Their swords seemed legendary to this little kitsune...he always admired those that was the top of their faction and army, they would last the longest in combat and they would hold the most honor.

Slowly but swiftly he made his way towards one of the members the oldest to be exact, and before their eyes he would transform into his natural form. A small 8 year old child, but with fox ears and a tail to go along with his orange hair, green eyes, and soft peachy skin. He spoke in a polite and adorable voice(since that's all he can fucking speak in)
"G-greetings....I-i dearly apologize for causing some worry in your current situation b-but I w-wanted to ask....c-can I t-train under you s-sir?"
Catlover33Kurapika   1y ago

“I can’t help the fact that I’m naturally curious. I just want to learn more about the world around me. Is there anything wrong with that?” Kurapika said.

Mephyeka was about to run up to and call out at Musashi, who was standing not too far now, though with his back turned. Mephyeka halted in his tracks and jerked back slightly in a startled reflex as he saw who, or rather– what, was beside the samurai: an angel; another of his kind, for some reason also down here on Earth. A wave of relief washed over him as Mephyeka noted that neither of the two had noticed his presence just several yards away. He wasn’t sure if even one of his own kind would be able to tell of his identity after his wings were ripped off by a ruthless demon several centuries ago, leaving him grounded on Earth with no easy way to return skywards; after all, all this time spent, stuck in a world he shouldn’t belong, had long since dimmed down and clouded his aura that originally served to distinguish his lineage and origins. Nevertheless, Mephyeka wished to play things as safe as can be, having no desire to be at any risk at all of being revealed; surprise and secrecy are prized elements of being a warrior that he valued exceedingly highly. Also, Musashi has expressed multiple times before– just as he is now again– his annoyance towards angels with a generalisation of nosiness, and Mephyeka certainly did not want to strain the bonds between them that could be called a friendship with any such revelation.

As such, Mephyeka waited, crouching low with his cape pulled around himself to blend into the morning mist, staying out of notice until Musashi walked away towards the palace. [i To join the other two Kyōshin; the other two familiar acquaintances], Mephyeka noted, as, still hesitantly cautious, he stood up. Hoping that he passed as a human enough to not have his act called out by the other angel, he began to march to where the blonde lingered. With a short pause and a long inhale and exhale, however, he reminded himself to at least try to cut off his besetting habit of leaving first impressions of being scary and intimidating to others, and softened his gait into less demanding and less aggressive strides.

[#800080 "So,"] Mephyeka spoke in a huff, stopping right in front of the other, his gaze wary and revealing just a sliver of his prying intent, [#800080 "you want to know more about us, [b humans], huh?"]

Technoblade never dies

Musashi seemed to be getting annoyed at the sudden cluster of creatures crowding around the palace. He whispered to Mitsuki, "I found an angel outside earlier. I felt another presence I couldn't quite put my finger on too...they were good..stay on your toes. To this Mitsuki nodded and started to walk down the palace stairs...quietly. It seemed her every move made no sound, due to her countless training in stealth from Musashi, a former shinobi. She turned away from Mephyeka and Kurapika, not noticing them. Beginning to change to a rather [i quick] pace, it soon broke out into a run. Hopefully, she wasn't in a trance because what she saw [i was definitely not from here...or even this world.]

Oda heard Musashi and sighed. Deciding to reply to Hooni he said "Not enough time in my schedule kid...plus you're probably too old to be taught." Musashi and Oda noticed Mitsuki's panic and ran to her. They noticed nothing...Mitsuki was definitely hallucinating. A female with white hair walked up behind Musashi, she seemed pretty young, and said, "Master....your friend is talking to the angel..." Musashi perked up and ran to where he last saw Kurapika. "Angel. Get away from this poor traveler. Give him your divine mercy" He said the last two parts rather sarcastically, and in the blink of an eye, Musashi's sword was to Kurapika's neck. "Be glad my student told me this. Or else you'd have to die [b a worse death..]"
Corona_ChanOlive Higgins   1y ago

Hooni looked at Oda and thought about something, he looked at him for a while before speaking. "I just wanna learn something new....I learned how to use at least 4 different stances..and 2 swordsman styles...." He said before looking at Mitsuki suddenly running. That was weird...why was she running at such a fast pace if nothing was chasing her? Unless she had been startled by something....but what could she have been startled by to make her panic like that.

He spotted two figures in the distance....two angels? Here? Now?! What would two angels be doing here......why would they come here instead of coming back then when they were needed. In the war of the Kitsunes against the Humans. Where the Kitsunes were falsely accused of killing a human leader, when in actuality the Kuhimos were the true murderers of the unlawful action towards the humans. The Kuhimos seem similar to the Kitsunes at first glance but when taking a closer look they have 8 more tails then Kitsunes. They was both indeed mischievous but Kitsunes at most only messed with peoples lives such as taking their items and moving it elsewhere or making the humans chase after them. But Kuhimos would impersonate others.....and lure in humans to kill them or force them to mate. Kuhimos weren't helpful at times, Kitsunes were. Kitsunes helped humans several times throughout history, they also had a loving side to them that would make some humans happy.

Overall....Kuhimos were evil creatures that would impersonate and trick anyone just to cause some trouble, and that's what they did to the Kitsunes and Humans.....They caused enough trouble to make humans want to kill them off. Hooni was lost in his thoughts before he seen Musashi draw his blade and hold it at the angels neck, he carefully and slowly stepped towards Musashi and Kurapika. "Please don't hurt the angel sir.....you don't wish to make god angry....do you?" he asked him while getting a little closer....not threateningly but calmly to diffuse the situation.
Catlover33Kurapika   1y ago

Kurapika didn't flinch as divine chains surrounded him. "Why do you threaten me with death? You humans only know how to kill each other. Every human that I have spoken to never told me what I needed to know. Their minds are clouded by war. What makes you any different from those humans. Show me that your mind isn't also clouded by war." He would say.
Vauquelin     1y ago

[pic https://i.imgur.com/kSKg4vS.png]

Mephyeka hummed. [#800080 “Well, I mean, war would be a real bother for me. Not a lot of use in burnt up parts and ransacked resources, you know.” ]

Mephyeka knew, the first sentence of his declaration would be a blatant lie if he was still his original, wholly undiluted self from before. He was a warrior, whose purpose is to serve his people in war. [i But he was not.] In this moment he was only a nomadic inventor.

He wondered if he would also be deemed a “human clouded by war”. If he was indeed, then he just maybe would throw his head back and laugh. It would be a feeling so closely akin to irony, yet not quite, lacking of the core contradiction that defines irony. But there has been no judgement just yet, and so Mephyeka fixates his stare on the blond angel and waits.

If Musashi was already annoyed by the sparse gathering of intruders around the palace, Salucryn certainly wasn’t helping that; he had just found an open clearing of snow to draw and conjure a porting bridge, traveling through a warped realm straight from Japan’s far North to a clearing that lies in the forest just near by the palace. A path of fresh footprints lie between unruly lines of trees– whoever left those tracks was certainly a [i generous] guide.

Musashi sighed and replied to the angel "I have nothing to prove to you. All you angels are the same, declaring you're above us. Just leave and we won't have another war. Knowing how petty you guys are you'd probably report just this for a war to start." Deciding to put down his sword, he sheathed it and guided Mephyeka to the Imperial Palace "Long time no see eh?" the white haired girl, whose name was apparently Ichika walked up to Kurapika and said, "Don't blame him. You guys took the only thing he ever cared about." before walking away and following Musashi. Oda was trying to control Hooni while Mitsuki was startled by what she saw...she started to remember how the last war ended and thought to herself, "Why now...is that [i thing] here?" Before running back to the palace and reporting it to the emperor. The emperor seemed startled and increased security a bit, but definitely not enough. Once Musashi was in the Imperial Palace he asked Mephyeka, "You know that was an angel right...?They're pretty dangerous."
Corona_ChanOlive Higgins   1y ago

Hooni looked at Oda and began to sigh before walking to him. "What exactly happened here? Was there a recent war?" He asked before looking around the land and whispering. "Angels and Demons don't mix along well....and Most angels hate my kind.......why is there angels here? Are we in danger?" He asked worried as hell.

He kept looking towards Musashi who had just left the area then back to the angel. Kurapika......it wasn't like all the other angels he had seen........and by all the others he really meant 1 other angel he seen. It was short and it had wings......but Kurapika was different. It had blonde hair and blue eyes but there was no angel wings.
Catlover33Kurapika   1y ago

Kurapika often kept his wings hidden from view however he knew that some humans were unable to be fooled. He actually had a marking on his back that was his wings. He let out a soft yawn and didn't move. He seemed to be so serene and peaceful as he was sitting there. He actually disliked war and didn't say anything until a few minutes later. "I understand. I honestly don't like war but he probably wouldn't listen to me." He said.

Kurama finally came out of hiding in the forest and ended up actually approaching Hooni.

Mephyeka glanced pensively between Kurapika, whose answer he was curious to know, and Musashi, his friend who was already walking away. After a splitting moment of deliberation, he chose to go with Musashi. Curious as he was, it isn’t really good to keep any acquaintance waiting.

Keeping pace with Musashi, Mephyeka listened to his scolding about how angels are dangerous, and only nodded. [#800080 “Well, I was only curious to what such a… [i creature]–”] Mephyeka held back a wince at his own choice of words. [#800080 “– would have to say.”]

He continued to the palace, accompanied by Musashi, in a slightly broody silence.

[pic https://i.imgur.com/zy1hOj6.png]

Tracing the track of footprints leading out of the forest, in the direction of where the palace stood just some meager distance away, Salucryn mused. There was a sedate sense of familiarity that followed with every step he took alongside the trail, and it was certain to him, that the being who left these tracks was the same as one he had crossed rather unlucky paths with several centuries prior.

Exiting the sheltering canopy woven by the trees, Salucryn let out a light scoff. An urge to attack enkindled at the back of his mind as his gaze alighted on the figure of a lone angel on the grassy field; an angel like the one he fought before, but ultimately– Salucryn deliberated, reminding himself to not derail his own ideations– not the same angel; [i not the same angel], who’s irksome presence he could pinpoint to somewhere not too far from where he stood this very moment.

Salucryn walked past the blond angel with no words and only a glance that lingered for mere split-seconds, continuing towards the palace. Once he reached the base of the court, he turned to the guards and hall heralds, declaring and demanding.

A guard ran up to Musashi to tell him of their unexpected visitor. Tilting his head he replied, "Very well." deciding to ask Mephyeka if he wanted to tag along, he did just so. "Want to come with me?" Musashi asked as Oda and Mitsuki walked past the two, heading to the door, along with a few others. A short girl with white hair, a tall man with green hair, holding a scythe. Also, a kid with an eyepatch, and a kimono on. Musashi followed the group as the doors swung open, Them all just staring at Salucryn.

The wind gently blew past them in the direction of the Emperors castle....he would smile a little as the wind knocked off his Straw hat revealing his face. He looked upon the castle and began to head towards the guards.

When questioned Cory would introduce himself to the guards, "I am Cory of the Kenshin Clan....I gave a message of peace and alliance to your Emperor....as well as some information about the enemy we are dealing with." He would say as Samson began to look at the guards with an intimidating glare.

Being invited by Musashi to hear out that audacious arrival, Mephyeka felt his interest piqued, as he nodded and walked beside the samurai and the conspicuous group that tagged along. He wondered what the newcomer might be like as he stepped into the court halls alongside the others, glanced towards the waiting guest, and promptly froze, feeling a surge of emotion– shock; fear; resentment; anger– surface in him as he recognized the one who waited there in the hall.

Salucryn looked up, drawing his gaze across the ranks of people who he believed was safe to label as distrustful. They did not seem any more powerful than what he expected, although he knew it was important to always keep caution to not underestimate any possible enemy. Still, the sliver of wariness in himself did nothing to quell his urge to toy around with and try to provoke those standing there. They seemed to be waiting for him to speak; so Salucryn only clucked his tongue in a mock expression of disappointment and held their gazes in challenge, staying silent to see how long it would be until their guise of patience wears out. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed the angel whose presence felt so irritatingly familiar, and felt a smirk almost tugging at the corner of his lips as he noted the hint of fear that shot through the angel as he saw Salucryn.

Musashi looked to Mephyeka and smiled, he knew what Salucryn was, yet he didn't immediately kill him. The audacity of that demon intrigued him. To call every capable fighter in the castle, some of which know demon's techniques and how to utilize them, including angels. [pic https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/1024x768q90/923/7bicWe.png] Mitsuki stared at the demon. The trees seemed to shake when he spoke...this was an intimidation technique he wanted to try out...and who better to try it out on than Salucryn? Musashi laughed and said, [i "So we all know they're a demon??]" Mitsuki nodded to this and all of the others did as well. The guards at the door were scared....all of their best fighters and one demon...they were scared for the demon..

[left [pic https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EgDu3feWsAAQnsR.jpg] ]Cory stared up the stairs with great speed similar to that of lightning. A swift, sudden, burst of wind came flowing into the room. For a while, it would cause everyone to look around in confusion but standing right dead center in the middle of the room was Cory himself. He fixed his gaze upon the 3 Kyoshin then onto the singular Demon by himself, he and Sam looked at them and he smiled a little. [+blue "Alright why don't we all calm down, let us push our bitter rivalry and hatred for each other to the side. After all, there are bystanders and this is the place of the Emperor himself! This would not be honorable to fight in his palace nor bring bystanders into the mix if one's attack were to miss. We currently have a more important matter upon us and it must be major if the Emperor has called upon you 3 and if a demon were to make an appearance Am I correct?"]

Cory asked everyone currently in the room, this tense and aggressive room filled with skilled warriors of amazing power. He smiled and was honored to give aid to such skilled swordsman. Meanwhile, a small Hooni would slip into the room and stand next to Cory while he spoke. He gently tugged on his Kimono and smiled up at him. In response, Cory would pat his head and smile. [+blue "I forgot that I had taken you with me Hooni...I hope you've been paying attention to me for this is not your everyday training...this is a battle we will have to fight against."

Kurapika had noticed Kurama. “There’s another demon. However, this one seems like it won’t attack people for some reason. Maybe what I learned about demons was wrong.” He would say.

Kurama would have immediately tried to run away however he couldn’t run. He was paralyzed with fear.

Mephyeka gulped, reasoning with himself to calm down. If he challenged Salucryn again, right here, right now, undoubtedly he would win, with the Kyōshin beside him; he had no reason to fear. After several deep, slightly panicked huffs, his rhythm of breath slowed to a normal pace as he rationalised the situation. [i ‘No reason to fear’,] he reminded himself, as he began readying his weapons just in case.

Being used to desolate quietness, Salucryn twitched an eye in a wince at the eldest warrior’s thundering voice. Displeased, he ignored the question, as a sudden new entrance drew his attention. They called out something about everyone calming down and not fighting here, and Salucryn scoffed. [#AE9381 “What gave you the impression that I sought to fight?”] His uncharacteristically gentle voice carried the impression of a slow-running stream in winter as he drawled out the mocking rhetorical question.

Technoblade never dies

Musashi just chuckled, [b "I bet Mephyeka could beat your ass. And he doesn't fight."] Musashi was never one to suspect innocent people, but the thought Mephyeka's reaction was a little [i too] calm for a traveler. Multiple people left except for the three Kyōshin. Mitsuki sighed as Oda glared at the demon... None of them seemed to care for Cory being there, for he was ignored. An unknown figure appeared next to the Kyōshin, out of thin air. Their face wasn't shown, but what was happening was the constant black smoke emitting from them. It seemed to be female, but it's race was so unknown that no one knew if they had genders. The being looked at Salucryn before reaching for their sword

Cory looked at the being, he didn't move but he followed it's slightly menacing aura of black smoke with his eyes. He paid close attention and when it reached for it's sword he gripped his and slightly unsheathed it to let them know whatever they were going to do they needed to stop. Right Now. His gaze locked onto the being and he looked unfazed by it, he was rather intrigued by this newcomer....although if they were an enemy he wouldn't hesitate to attack.

Kurapika only ended up sighing. He couldn’t believe just why Kurama had ended up freezing up in front of everyone. “It’s okay... I’m not dangerous...” He would say softly. He didn’t except what had happened next when Kurama ran back into the forest.
