[center The realm of magic.
Everyone thought that Alana and her friends were crazy for thinking it was real.
They believed though. No matter what anyone said to them.


After years. Months. Weeks. Days.
They finally found the portal.


They kept it secret from everyone else in the world and only told the closest people to them.

What this world brought were challenges, but beauty. Dangers but rewards.

The people there aren't human. Filled with mixed creatures like Akaninas, who look like dragon-like creatures but with dark magic and more intelligence than a human. Or like the Gruels, who are cats with scales instead of fur and can breathe in and out of the water with a speed faster than a cheetah. But there are the usual magical and mythical creatures too. For instance, there are phoenixes, chimeras, dragons, etc.

But not all the creatures there are nice and kind. Some are evil and angry.

Once Alana and her friends enter the water, they let put the most dangerous creatures into the world. The world is now controlled by these creatures and these humans are simply their slaves.

Alana and her friends are trapped in this beautiful world, aware of what happening outside of it. Its up to them to find the Stone of the Gruels, but the obstacles are what is standing in their way.

Family as well as much other nobility died in some revolutions and persecutions of the upper-class, and only he escaped with help of retainers and servants. Now just wanders, steals, and fights as a rogue.

Forerunner’s Tax is what he calls it, but due to his status, he can trade parts of his body to replace with other useful body parts or abilities such as giving up his feet so he can hover above the ground of trading his arms for wings to fly. Many uses, many scenarios.

She was a bit confused by the large amount of creatures that she had missed arriving. She ignored the humans for a bit and focused on the other creatures. Luckily she didn’t she anyone she knew.
It was good that he had no longer attracted any more attention aside from simple gazes and off-putting stares, that was easy to handle. He took a moment to simply listen as he lifted a hand to graze his fingertips across his black shell of a head. It’s was stuffy, but necessary. It took a lot to keep secrets and his people weren’t as secretive as they were troublesome. It was easier to creative an image rather than make a fake face, but trust is gained from a soft gaze and mind words, only one of which he could ever offer.

His attention was caught by Casper when he spoke to Hojosa, not that it was anything that needed his attention. No, rather their intuition was quite notable. Without much effort he grabbed hold of the little fox’s feelings, most importantly Hojosa’s views on himself. What an interesting human indeed.

Out of all the races it was the humans who interested him the most and garnered the most of his respect. People like him would live forever so long as he wasn’t culled off by someone with the power to snuff him out, but humans lived mortal lives and short ones at that. Even still they used that shirt time to accomplish feats of exceptional grandeur and held onto many faint abilities that tended to remain from the eyes of those who view them as lesser beings. This child proved to be one of those gifted with intuition that lesser and sometimes even higher ranking gods lacked the capability to understand, as shameful as it was to admit, and most people wouldn’t even realize it unless they paid attention to them.

He’s have to make sure they survived, who knew what else these humans could be capable of? Who knew what other secrets they held onto or what feats they could accomplish? He even noticed earlier that one of the humans spotted one of the other creatures creeping ever closer, as docile and harmless as they were for one of their capabilities, and instead of backing down she prepared to fight. Most people would call it madness, but for them this was just as simple as the word courage itself. He thought to himself for a moment that he should have brought Spice along to experience this, but he’d save her for another time.

He couldn’t help but be pulled in by Hojosa’s response to the boy’s question. A threat perhaps? A warning that he wasn’t afraid to fight? Or maybe it was just a means to seem intimidating to the humans? Either was Capria turned his head to face him, featureless and without any signs of emotion, pitch dark and facing strait in his direction. He couldn’t help but feel the muscles in his face straining to smile as he let out a chuckle before turning back to the humans.

[#def726 “Any creature that leaves this place was waiting for the opportunity. There are creatures that see your people as nothing but simple mortals, easily controllable or easy to devour. If I had to give an educated guess I’d say those who left this place as you entered are either trying to take over your home or destroy it. Even a lot of the things that live here are of the same mind. I’m honestly surprised we haven’t been attacked yet, but I guess we can just count ourselves lucky.”]

He threw that last part in at the end just for the sake of them knowing. If anything they hadn’t been attacked because of everyone else that was already present. There were many creatures that wouldn’t approach Hojosa and the gruel in particular. Vampires are difficult enough to kill in general that approaching them without the means would just spell a battle that has the possibility of never ending and he was accompanied by two other troublemakers. Hell, off the top of his head he could only think of three or four creatures that would attack him if they knew who he was, but so far the ones around them were the only ones who knew his name. Well, them and Spice. His main fear would be the Akaninas because felling one of them would be an entire situation he’d have to avoid for now.


He couldn’t avoid losing their trust just yet.
Vireille blinked at Caspria’s words, working to catalogue the information within his mind, before– at last– he was acknowledged by the human he approached earlier. He turned to face Jax and tilted his head, staring curiously as if his eyes were scanning for every detail about the human’s face and expression. This was the first time he encountered a ‘live specimen’ of the subject of his past studies, face-to-face no less, and he was quite intent on probing for any new addition to his notes.

After almost a minute of Vireille’s silent perusing– which likely may have been immoderately awkward and unsettling for the receiving party of the attention– he finally vocalized a response. [#EDD7A0 “I’m a Creakina; you haven’t seen one before–?”] Vireille paused for a moment; [#EDD7A0 “And you haven’t answered [i my] questions yet. Tell me, now–”]

Vireille’s words cut off as his interest was snagged on another being nearby. With his short attention span, he seemed to have entirely forgotten about Jax– as well as all he learned about caution– as he speedily pounced towards Hojosa, reaching a hand out with the idea to grab– or in the terms of his impulsive judgement, [i research]– the kyuubi’s fluffy tails.

Tidus had fallen asleep in Vaan’s arms. He was comfortable and he didn’t care if he made Vaan fall over.

“Looks like the idiot’s now asleep...” Vaan muttered to himself.

“Isn’t that a relief.” Kurapika said.

[Courgette Hojosa started to resent the human who read him easier than a book. His race was known for their cunning and deceiving tactics, but of all creatures to see through him, a [i human?]. It made him sick to his stomach. Trying not to kill every human on the spot, he replied to Casper's question, basically dodging it. [b "Eh, depends on which one he is. If he's the one I] [i would] [b be running from, I'd either be dead, or they'd be brutally murdered...want me to go into detail??"] Kyuubi like Hojosa always enjoyed embarrassing their prey. Also brutalizing them until they were unrecognizable. Some of Hojosa's family broke the last gaggle of human's corpses into looking like a kyuubi. Oh, how he'd [i absolutely love] to go into detail. That'd probably either get him killed, or scare off the humans. Both of which he didn't mind..Sighing he looked to the fomóire, analyzing it. Once he finally said something, it was only instinct for him. [b "Well, I might be able to kill this weird ass."] this was one of the things he was unsure of. The fomóire had been killing off kyuubi for as long as he could remember. Hojosa was one of the only few who were lucky enough to escape their wrath. He twitched slightly, as his fox spirit nudged him. Immediately turning back into his tails.]

Alana looked at the group of people and creatures ahead of her and shook her head. They were in a mess she couldn't get them out of. She seemed sort of stressed already, as if someone had asked her a difficult question. Alana looked towards the sky then back down before looking at Capria.

Alana didn't fully trust them, but they didn't have many options. Her attention drifted from Capria to the creature that questioned Capria, who indeed looked trusting, she just hoped they're looks didn't deceive them. Alana turned to look at the phoenix, Scarletta, who didn't seem to pose much of a threat to them. She looked at Yuki, who was sitting down for some odd reason. Alana quickly turned to the three boys, who she knew she would mix up, but she hadn't cared, they seemed friendly for the time being.

Hojosa on the other hand, like Capria, she would just have to decide to trust them for now. But obviously they weren't going to go good together, she could take one good look at them both and tell. She looked up and saw, a fox flying? She wasn't that surprised, but the fox was in flames. The bird on the other hand was a beautiful white. The bird swooped down and led Alana's eyes towards the big cat she had noticed earlier, but now it was closer. Alana clutched her gun that was on her side, although she didn't know how affective that would be.

Casper looked at Scarletta then at Hojosa. [+green [b "What are you? And why do you look disturbed."]] Casper was always able to read expressions easily. He looked at Capria and just stared at them for a moment before reverting his attention to Hojosa. He knew there must be a connection between the two. [+green [b "Are you running from that?"]] He always seemed to ask so many questions out loud. He was smart, but sometimes he let his questions come out that were meant to stay inside.

Faust swooped down as well, but went in the opposite direction of Japa. He went straight towards the trouble, the three boys and Capria. He almost flew straight into Capria, but missed him by a hair. Fire seemed to follow his as he sped faster.

Vivien looked at them with curious eyes before going to Japa and Merlot, the creatures she knew she could trust. [+violet [b "I don't know if their leader trust you much."]] Merlot nodded and Japa watched them silently before they all approached more quietly, not saying anything. Merlot's attention turned to Capria, who was seeming to become pretty popular amongst everyone.
Yuki looked at everyone and smiled in confusion, not really knowing what he should do, so he sat down and waited for something to happen
Japa decided to just follow the humans. They were the most interesting thing that had happened to her in a while, and at least she’d know if they turned out to be hostile.
Two questions that would have been easier to just ignore, but what was the fun in that? His feet faded away into a black smoke and he crossed his legs as he now hovered over the ground. He could at least get comfortable if they’d be talking for a while.

I guess you could say I’m a deity or god, but I’m not the type you’d pray or make wishes to.”] With that he turned his attention to Lux and made a playful tap on his own head with a finger. He paused for a moment before letting out a monstrous bellowing laugh, his hand now pressed against his head. [#def726 “I’m kidding I’m kidding! If anything I just wanted to make sure no one else managed to break our new visitors. Humans are a rare sight after all and I’d rather you all survive at least your first day here.”]
Having been ignored by the humans he tried addressing and instead admonished by a strange humanoid creature with a dark shell for a face, Vireille jumped a step back and blinked up at the being. After a moment, he registered what had been asked of him, and replied, [#EDD7A0 “Vireille”], drawing out the phonetics of his name in his raspy chirp of a voice. Then, feeling an atmosphere that hinted at callousness and danger from the stranger, Vireille tried to stand as tall as he could in his short stature– a rather unpromising attempt at defensive intimidation. Though, even in possible danger, his curiosity still had him tight in its clutches, as he leaned slightly towards the stranger, his eyes wide with inquisitiveness as he articulated his question.

Vaan was still holding Tidus. He didn’t dare to drop him since he did not feel like diving in the water after him. “You are not diving in the lake...” He muttered to himself. He then noticed the humans and smiled warmly at them. He was a rather gentle demon as well.

“Could you put me down now!” Tidus said as he tried to get away from Vaan. It was no use since Vaan was slightly stronger and more stubborn than he was.

Hojosa smirked and replied, [b "Wow, rude."] before walking around the group of humans....a very special group indeed...Each seemed good at their own thing for humans..Hojosa's past experiences with humans were mixed though. Either they were way too weak, or too violent..this was undetermined for this group...Hojosa eventually said, [b "Observing...I like it."]

Alana looked at the creature known as Capria and could sense something off about them. They definitely weren't the friendly type, she could sense it. She looked in the direction they had looked and noticed a large black and blue cat, that almost looked like some sort of leopard or cheetah , before turning her attention back to Capria.

[+gold [b "What is it with you?"]] Lux asked openly, as if she had nothing to lose. [+gold [b "I can tell you're bad news."]] She looked towards both Capria and Hojosa.

Casper had caught up to the group and stumbled into Hojosa before realizing what he had done, he pushed himself off of the ground before looking down at Hojosa, being quite surprised with what he had ran into. He looked upward towards the sky and saw that the bird had disappeared out of sight. He sighed to himself before looking at the group before him, his group.

Merlot approached the group slightly more openly, looking at the leader of the group. He thought a moment before bothering to speak, wondering if it'd be wise to get into business that could very well get him caught up in trouble he had been trying to avoid for years. He looked at Capria, the one who caught his attention the most. He didn't think to introduce himself just yet, for it might not be the wisest thing.
Yuki watched all of the others and decided to show himself, when he got to where everyone else was he automatically regretted doing so
