[center [i [font "times new roman" Evangeline's whole life has been planned out for her. The moment she was born, her mother sold her to the black market, and she was bought as a sex slave at first. As she was growing up, she was taught the world of pleasing the men around her. If she didn't, she would end up getting lashings, and being told she wouldn't make it in the sex world at all if she didn't learn everything she was supposed too. There was one person she could trust though, and her name was Ginger. Ginger and Evangeline grew up in the same house hold together, and when they both turned eighteen was when Ginger was sold to a rich man in New York City, and that's when Evangeline was left alone again.]]]

[center [i [font "times new roman" When the woman turned twenty-three was when she finally up and moved. She wasn't about to let people use her, sell her, none of that. She wanted to start over new. She wanted nothing more than to make a name for herself. That's when she moved to Amsterdam and became a prostitute. It wasn't the best idea, but it was pretty much all she had known her whole life. That's when she entered the [b Red Light District]. She had seen so many women in the windows, and men stopping to look at them. Some of them paid them to go home with them and sleep with that. That's like kind of life she wanted more than anything. That's when she met [b [u Your Name Here]], and her whole world turned upside down after that.]]]

He walked the red light district often, and when a woman catches his eye, he ends up paying her a lot of money to get out of the prostitute game and get her life back on track. When he first laid eyes on Evangeline was when he felt like his whole life was about to change. She was beautiful, blonde, killer body, and those eyes of her's were so troubled that it broke his heart. Seeing the look in her eyes made his heart break. There was something about the blonde bombshell that drew him in right then and there. He had to fight off three other men, because they were pretty much bidding on the woman, and he couldn't let either of them win.]]]

The look in his eyes somewhat scared her, but deep down she wanted nothing more than to get out of the line of business she was in. She wanted to be a normal woman, but she didn't know how too. [b [u Your Name Here]] finally out bid the other men, and Evangeline was finally his. He wasn't about to let her go back to that line of work ever again. When she came out of the building in nothing but the outfit they were told to wear, he offered her his jacket and she took it. [b [u Your Name Here]] then took the woman home, and told her that she was finally free to do whatever she pleased. She thought that meant pleasing him in anyway possible. When she tried that, the male turned her down.]]]

She had asked him though what it would mean if she stayed with him while she figured everything out. He promised her he wouldn't touch her, he wouldn't do anything to hurt her, and he would do everything he could to gain her trust in him. What'll happen when she starts trusting him? Will they be able to work together and get her out of her line of work for good? Or will she slip back into her old ways, and go back to the windows and having men bid on her, and touching her in ways that only a lover should? What'll happen when [b [u Your Name Here]] realizes he's falling in love with Evangeline? Will Evangeline return the male's feelings, or will she be too wrapped up in what she knows to let someone in like that? You'll never know unless you join, [b [u Red Light District]].]]]

[font "times new roman" The hour was getting late, and when he got their food packed up, she slid out of the booth and walked behind him. She wrapped her arms around herself knowing she wouldn't touch him again. At least not at the moment. She had over stepped a line a little while ago, but her emotion's had gotten the better of her, and she had felt like the hug was needed. It was more for her than anything else. She slid into the backseat and waited until he was inside the car. She then turned her attention onto him once more. [#cb4154 "I know I'm going to sound like a broken record, but thank you"] she breathed out.]

[font "times new roman" No one had ever been this kind to her, and it was something she didn't know how to fully handle. She then let herself settle in for the long ride to her new home. At least for a little while. She turned her eyes towards the window, and watched as the sun fully sunk behind the mountains, and the stars were slowly popping out. There was so many things she was experiencing all at once, and she didn't know what to do. She was glad to be out of that place, but at the same time she didn't know what to do with her new found freedom.]

[font "times new roman" She didn't realize she had been so wrapped up in her thoughts, she didn't realize the car had come to a stop and Scott was waiting for her to slide out. She put her hands onto the seat and slid out behind him. When she was out of the car, and looking up at the home in front of her, her breath caught in her throat. It was huge, and beautiful. It took her breath away. [#cb4154 "Wow.."] she breathed out. She then followed behind the male and up the steps towards the front door. She walked in behind the male, and closed the door behind her. The hallway in front of her was amazing.]

[font "times new roman" She then watched as the male kicked off his shoes, and she did the same. She bent down and placed them beside the door. [#cb4154 "This place.. It's amazing.."] she told him. She hadn't been inside of a place like this before, and she honestly didn't know how to react to it. As she was taking everything in, she moved to follow him up the stairs. This was her home, at least for a little while. She made a mental note to explore the place in the morning, or whenever she had the chance. She turned down the hallway and stepped into a bedroom. The sight before her made her eyes well up with tears.]

[font "times new roman" This room was bigger than what she was used too. The bed was huge, the closet, everything. She felt like she was going to faint. He mentioned a shower and she nearly melted at the thought. It would be nice to take a hot shower for once, and not have people bitching at her to get out, and time her. He asked if she had any other questions and at first she didn't but then spoke up. [#cb4154 "Is there any certain time you wanted me to come downstairs in the morning? Also, am I allowed to explore the house tomorrow?"] she asked. She was a guest after all, and she had to get permission to do so.]

[font "times new roman" As she waited for the male to reply she walked into the middle of the room, and spun around slowly. This whole space belonged to her for the time being, and she couldn't wait to really make it her own. She the moved over to the bed, and crawled into the middle of it. She pulled her legs up under her, and sat Indian style facing the male before her. A real smile passed over her lips just then. [#cb4154 "This is amazing, thank you so much"] she said with another smile. She couldn't stop saying thank you, and she meant it. He was doing so much for her, and he barely knew her. She bounced slightly on the bed, before fully laying back into the pillows.]

[font "times new roman" The bed was huge, and something she could easily get used too. She let her eyes drift closed for a moment, before she sat back up remembering that she had asked him about a time tomorrow, and exploring the place as well. [#cb4154 "I know I should know how to do this.. But is there anyway when you have some time you can help me search for a job or two? I have so much I need to do for you in return for helping me. You didn't have to help me, but I really am grateful that you are"] she told him. Her eyes locked on his, her heart hammering inside of her chest. Her new life was slowly starting out perfectly, and she couldn't wait to see where it would lead her next.]
[size12 When his meal was brought to him and the aroma hit his nose, his tongue instantly swelled up and his mouth began to water. Even with such a deep and meaningful conversation going on, the food still caught his attention. Still, he didn't allow it to take his attention away from her reaction which seemed genuine and excited. It'd go better than the last girl he'd tried to break free and that said something.

Before he had a moment to cut another piece of lamb or even breathe in another word, she was pressed against him. It caught him off guard and he felt himself clam up. It was unusual for them to make a move like that and now, now that she was crying he relaxed a bit. He felt saddened that she was so broken and been treated so unfairly to the point she was sobbing into him. He took one arm and wrapped it around her. He still wanted her to feel comforted but keep a safe distance. He didn't want it to come off as though he'd try to take advantage of her.

The idea still wavered in his mind. She was so beautiful and to have another woman against him, it'd been so long. He missed the feeling of someone wrapped around him, the smell irradiating off of them. He missed the feeling of other lips and the skin on skin contact. No matter how much he missed it, he promised himself he'd never take advantage of anyone ever. He knew how vulnerable these women were. He knew better.

When she pulled back, he retracted his own grip from her. He saw the waitress eyeing them from a distance and he knew exactly what she was waiting for; the cue. He motioned her over and gave her the thumbs up to bag their orders to be taken home. He looked down at Evangeline and gave her a smile with a look of sadness. He was happy she accepted his offer but still heartbroken at her own sadness. [b "You mustn't thank me, really. It's no skin off my bones. You deserve a fair shot at making a life for yourself. I'll be here every step along the way."]

The waitress had came over and bagged up their orders, she kept her own mouth shut as most everything was taken care of and no words were needed to be spoken. Scott scooted out of the seat and stood up. He grabbed the bag with their orders and offered a hand out to her. She was still in public and he didn't need anyone to get any ideas.

[b "I'd like to take you back to my home. I've got a spare bedroom you can stay in and tomorrow morning, when you're well rested, we can discuss further details. Does that sound good?"] He asked, awaiting her response. He walked out of the restaurant with her close by. Gerald was awaiting outside with the door open to the back of the car. He allowed her to slip in first. [b "Take me to the home away from home,"] Gerald nodded and Scott quickly slipped in soon after.

The ride was a fairly long one, about thirty minutes. His home was rather far from town and where he worked. He liked to live farther away from it to feel like he could breathe. He loved working but it was something that oftentimes suffocated him.

He hoped that she would be comfortable here in his two story little home. It wasn't anything crazy expensive or a mansion of sorts. He could afford it but he wanted a family home and, it was the home he shared with Leticia, his childhood love. It was filled with fond memories and ones that he still wasn't ready to part with. One day, when his mind went without being bothered of her, is when he knew it'd be time to move on.

[b "So, here we are,"] He said, slipping out of the vehicle when Gerald walked around to open the door. This time, he allowed for Evangeline to guide herself behind him. They weren't out in the open anymore and there was no need to touch her. He wanted to respect her and make her feel safe. He had no desire to ask of any services from her.

He stepped up to the larger than normal front door, opening it and allowing her to enter first. The whole house had hardwood flooring with a large spiral staircase leading to the upstairs. It was more modern with a twist of some gold specs in it. Most of the furniture was darker with lighter aspects to it. Simple, manly and he loved it that way. He dropped the food off onto the table by the front door as he removed his shoes. For her, he didn't mind whether she kept them on or off. It was her choice. He'd never throw a fit.

[b "If you follow me upstairs, I'll show you your bedroom."] He walked up the staircase, his hand gliding with the railing as he made his way up. There were two different hallways to go in and he went with the right one. He opened her bedroom door and stepped inside. There was a large bed with a walk in closet and a television in the room. There was also a full sized bathroom she'd be able to use at her own free will. [b "Here is where you will be staying. Feel free to use the shower. There are some clothes in the closet over there and in the dresser. Sheets have been freshly washed and restored. I hope you find it comforting. You are allowed to have free roam of the house. Is there any questions or anything else I can get you?"] He asked, awaiting her answer. He hoped it was enough to please her and make her satisfied with her stay. If there were any changes she'd want to make, they'd need to wait til tomorrow as it was already late enough.

He allowed the silence to flood between them as he stuffed his hands into his jean pockets.

[font "times new roman" At the complement of her looking great brought a small blush to the woman's cheeks. No man has ever given her that kind of complement before. It was kind of refreshing to say the least. When the waitress came to take their orders she looked at the menu and her mouth watered at all of the choices. [#cb4154 "I'll take the chicken salad please, with the ranch on the side"] she said lightly as she handed the menu over. It was somewhat of a habit to get the most healthy item on the menu. It would be a hard habit to break that's for sure.]

[font "times new roman" As Scott spoke about her being worth knowing, and that she wasn't just a piece of meat, her heart skipped a beat. She didn't know what to even say. Then he got right to the point. Freedom? From the District and Dominick? That's all she's ever wished for. She just never thought it would have happened. She felt tears sting her eyes. This man barely knew her, but he was more than willing to help her out. Her heart melted every time he spoke. He would even help get her on her feet. When he asked if she'd take him up on his offer, she didn't have time to reply.]

[font "times new roman" The plate was placed in front of her, along with the ranch on the side. She smiled warmly at the waitress [#cb4154 "Thank you"] she breathed. The waitress smiled back at her. [b "No need to thank me sweetheart. Just enjoy your meal"] she said as she walked off. Evangeline lowered her head a bit. The chicken smelled amazing, and she picked up a small piece with her fingers before popping it into her mouth. The moment it hit her tongue, she was in heaven. It tasted wonderful, and she couldn't wait to have more. Then her mind wandered back to what Scott was offering her.]

[font "times new roman" This was a first. No man hasn't ever told her things like he was. The man sitting before her, had a heart of gold. He was so sweet, and the fact that he was so gentle with her made her heart melt even more. She let his words hang in the air as she poured the ranch over the salad, and then set it down. She then took a bite and it tasted even better with everything mixed together. She didn't want him waiting too long, so she picked up the napkin and wiped the corners of her lips before locking her light grey eyes with his. She was nervous all of a sudden too.]

Yes I will take you up on that offer. It'll be nice to break away from that life.. I know it's going to be hard to break the habits, but as long as you are willing to help me, I think I'll be able to do it"] she said lightly. She just didn't want to disappoint the male either. He had done so much for her, and she would have to repay him one way or another. She then took another bite of the salad before her.]

[font "times new roman" [#cb4154 "The food is amazing, the wine is wonderful. Tonight is just all around a night I'm going to remember for a long time"] she breathed out. Then without thinking she scooted over, closed the gap between them and wrapped her arms around his neck. She pressed herself against him slightly, hugging him. It was strange, but the moment she did was when the water works started. She had been holding them back for far too long, and knowing she was finally safe made it all come crashing down around her.]

[font "times new roman" She buried her nose against his neck taking in his smell. The feel of his solid body against her's was enough for her. She pulled back and moved back to her seat, and wiped her eyes quickly. [#cb4154 "I'm sorry.."] she breathed out. She didn't mean to over step a line, or break down in front of him. She looked down as she picked up the glass and took a sip of the wine, as she let the silence wash over the both of them.]
[size12 Scott couldn't help but feel terrible at her earlier words. [i Dominick doesn't want us gaining too much weight.] He thought there was nothing wrong with heftier women or slimmer ones. What he thought was wrong was the judgment of them and how Dominick got to decide what turns their lives would make.

He smiled softly at her humble comment. He shook his head, dismissing it. [b "No, you look great. Don't worry about it."] He took his jacket back and sat it next to him. He had a feeling he'd need to let her borrow it one more time this night as it was chilly. He didn't want her to catch a cold. Evangeline, it was a beautiful name and seemed to fit her nicely. He had only known her for what? Thirty minutes? From what he saw, heard, she seemed fragile and...closed off. By her reaction, it was clear no one ever asked her about herself. This saddened him greatly but he fought back the frown.

As he listened to her story, he found that the frown decided to break through and appear on his face. He felt terrible for her. She clearly had never experienced love before. The shy smiles, the eye catches of the other, the longing looks from across the room that would eventually escalate to secret kisses, the yearning of the other's skin against her. He was hoping that setting her free would provide her with something of the sort. She deserved to be treated with respect and class.

He cleared his throat, adjusting himself in the booth seat. [b "Well, Evangeline, I won't be calling you a 'blonde bombshell'. You deserve more respect than that. I won't be taking you to some run-down motel that is used more than a hundred times a day and rents by the hour, I can assure you that. I'm pleased you're enjoying yourself. I'm sure there is more to you than just being some man's toy. I can see that just from you talking."]

He opened his mouth to say something more when their waitress returned. She brought a wine that he usually picked out when he was at this restaurant. It was practically an automatic thing that happened whenever he came. She sat the two wine glasses down and poured them before sitting the bottle on the table. "Are you two ready?"

Scott nodded, looking towards Eva to give her order first. It was mannerly of him to not rush his order out. Ladies first. [b "I think I'd like the lamb please, you know which one."] He smiled softly, closing the menu and handing it towards her.

"Of course, Mr. Vasquez." She disappeared near the back to put their orders in. He turned his attention back to Eva. He'd hoped that this would impress her, it was sort of his way to get her into enjoying her freedom first. It'd be easier to get her out of the district.

[b "Eva,"] He leaned forward, placing his elbows on the table. [b "I'd like to tell you that you're certainly worth knowing. You're worth more than just a piece of meat some guys are fighting over at the meat counter. I didn't bid that much money just because I enjoyed the way you looked. There are many other reasons why but the most important one, it's your freedom, Eva."] He paused for a moment, thinking about how to word what he was to say next. [b "I want to give you a real opportunity to make something of yourself. Walk outside when you want, wear what you want, God, eat what you want!"] He threw his hands in the air, hoping she was thinking he was serious. [b "Get a job, try new hobbies. You deserve a life better than the one you're living. I'm giving you that opportunity. Will you take it?"]

Before she could even answer, the waitress came by and dropped their food off. She wouldn't be returning as his bill would already be taken care of. They'd be free to go once they were done talking and a decision on what was next was made. He picked up his knife and began cutting a nice piece of his lamb. He glanced up at Eva, seeing how she was reacting to both what he said and to the meal placed in front of her.

[b "I want you to know that you don't owe me anything. I just want to help you. I'll give you all the support you need. You don't need to worry about a thing. I'll get you up and on your feet in no time."] He popped the piece of meat in his mouth, chewing it and savoring the flavors. [b "What do you say?"]
[font "times new roman" The night was taking a different turn. When he mentioned something about how Dominick wasn't going to be getting anymore money, it made her mind wander a bit. What had the man meant by that? She made a mental note to ask about that later. She was kind of surprised when he slid his coat around her shoulders and a small smile passed over her lips. A real smile to say the least. [#cb4154 "You didn't have to give up your coat.. But I thank you for it"] she said softly. She meant it too. No one had ever done that for her before.]

[font "times new roman" That's when she felt the man's hand on the small of her back. She could feel other's eyes on her, and she ducked her head as some of them cat called. [b "Looks like the baster with the blonde is gonna get lucky tonight"] they called out. Whistles were then heard as they walked by. This was like a walk of shame for her. Normally they would have gone out the back, instead of through the district. This was a whole new feeling for the female, and she didn't know how she really felt about it. When she looked up she saw a limo and a man standing there with the door open.]

[font "times new roman" Her mouth fell open as she looked at the male beside her, and then back at the car. She shook her head lightly as she slipped into the car, and slid over for the male. Not having the feeling of his hand on her back, made her feel slightly colder for some reason. No man has ever touched her so gently before, and in a way she missed it. When the door was closed and the male spoke of where he wanted to go, she nodded lightly. [#cb4154 "Honestly I'm starving.. We don't have much to really eat because Dominick doesn't want us gaining too much weight"] she said with a small sigh.]

[font "times new roman" This was seriously the life she lived. She ate like a rabbit, and when she wasn't working she barely ate anything as well. When the man beside her spoke of food, to confirm what she just said her stomach growled. She put her hands over her stomach and turned her eyes towards the window. It was strange being in a huge car like this, and being treated like a real human being. This was the life she had dreamed of living for the longest time, and yet she couldn't live it at all. She sighed lightly as she watched the buildings whiz past them.]

[font "times new roman" When the car came to a stop and the male climbed out before her, holding the door for her she slid out slowly. She followed behind him as she took everything in around her. This place was amazing, and her stomach growled once more. They walked inside and the sight around her took her breath away. [#cb4154 "I'm a little under dressed.. If I would have known you'd be bringing me here, I would have tried to find something more suitable"] she breathed out. A red headed waitress came over and led them to a booth. She took a small breath as she slid into the booth before Scott.]

[font "times new roman" When he was seated next to her, and was told she could pretty much get whatever she wanted her jaw dropped for the second time that night. The waitress said she would give them a moment and then they were alone. She slowly opened up the menu and her eyes scanned the items. Everything seemed good, but she didn't know what to order from a place like this. That's when he asked for her name, and for her to speak about herself. Two things she never did. She always went by a fake name, but this man, he wanted to know everything about her it seemed.]

[font "times new roman" She closed the menu and placed it onto the table. She slid his coat from around her shoulders as she was slowly warming up. She handed it back to the male before she looked down at the table, she took a breath and started to speak. [#cb4154 "Well my real name is Evangeline Masters. She looked down once more as shame rolled over her. What was wrong with her?]

[font "times new roman" She slipped her hands into her lap, and started to play with her fingers. A nervous habit that she's tried so hard to break, but couldn't. [#cb4154 "That's pretty much it honestly. There's really nothing more about me worth sharing"] she said as she kept her eyes turned down. She pretty much spilled her whole life story, at least the parts she remembered of it. She just hoped that he wouldn't look at her, and then run the other way. If he did she wouldn't blame him. Who would want to spend money on someone like her? Let alone spend time with her. She wasn't important, at least that's what Dominick had always told her. She kept her hands in her lap as she waited for the male to break the awkward silence.]
[size12 Scott couldn't help but look her up and down. She looked so beautiful and much better now that she was more covered up. In Scott's eyes, a woman's body was to be shared in the privacy between two people. Two trusting and passionate people. Not just anyone who throws a dollar someone's way. Something told him she hadn't experienced something pure like that and it broke his heart.

His eyes glared over at Dominick. He couldn't help but feel utterly disgusted by him. He wanted to snicker at the thought of Dominick thinking he was going to sell her after Scott had her. Little did he know his whole world was going to change. One day, this whole district would be no more. He'd make sure of it.

When they were finally alone, he frowned a bit. He slipped off his petticoat and wrapped it around her shoulders. [b "I hope that keeps you warm."] He was now exposed to the cold and he was completely alright with that. It wasn't him who mattered tonight, it was her. [b "It'll be the last large amount he gets."] He commented, sighing a bit. Over and done with, just like a job. It saddened his heart a bit more, how much more sad could it get? He wanted to help her so badly and shake her out of this nightmare. Just not yet.

[b "Sure, follow me."] He gently put his hand on her back, guiding her out of the alley. He didn't want men to think she was alone or free for taking. The looks she was getting was enough to make him want to pull his gun out of the back of his pants. He had to protect himself here.

When they were in the clear and out of the danger zone, he removed his touch from her. He didn't want her thinking anything negative about him or invading her space. He had one man he trusted and that man was Gerald. He was his personal driver and the one man that was sworn to secrecy. Gerald was also his father's driver and therefore, a loyal man of the company. "Mr. Vasquez," He opened the car door and Scott allowed her to slip in first and he followed her shortly after. He remained a respectful amount of space away from her.

[b "Take me to Bord'Eau."] He spoke up to Gerald and he nodded in the rearview mirror. He turned his attention of the blond, whose name he still hadn't received but he wanted to wait till they were alone and he could have a proper introduction. [b "I hope you don't mind if we grab a bite to eat? There's a restaurant that I've called ahead for, I assume you must be starving?"] He wasn't quite sure if she was but still, a nice meal or drink in a cozy restaurant environment was better than taking her straight to a hotel room or his own home to explain what was going on. She deserved the utmost respect.

When they arrived, he slipped out of the car and dismissed Gerald from opening the door. He wanted to do it himself as he waited for her to step out of the car. He wasn't dressed well for this restaurant but it was the least of his worries. He guided her in as a small, petite redhead greeted them with smiles and showed them to their private booth. It didn't matter how late it was, if Mr. Vasquez wanted a seat, he'd get one.

He let her slip into the booth first and he followed, sitting across from her. He slid one of the menus her way, [b "Choose whatever you'd like."] Their waitress, which he'd known for years from coming here, smiled sweetly as she filled up their water glasses. "I'll give you guys a moment." She left them in piece and now it was a perfect time.

[b "I'm not sure you are aware of who I am, not that it matters all that much. My name is Scott Vasquez. I'd appreciate it if you could tell me your name, your real name. Perhaps a bit about yourself, too."] He picked his water glass up and sipped from it lightly. He was hoping she was open to speaking about herself and didn't cop an attitude like some of the other women he'd dealt with before.
[font "times new roman" As the numbers rose Evangeline's heart raced. The male she had locked eyes with seemed to be bidding pretty high. As the male called out his last bid, and no one else did Dominick closed off the bidding, and her light shut off. She bit the inside of her cheek as she moved out from behind the window and stepped down. One of the other's were standing there her arms crossed. [b "You lucky bitch. That man that out bid everyone, he's always doing that for women like us. I used to be one of his girls"] she said lightly. Evangeline cocked her head to the side, and was about to speak when the woman shoved past her, and took her spot.]

[font "times new roman" This wasn't how her night was supposed to go. She was glad he had out bid everyone else, but what was his deal? Was the black haired woman lying, or telling her the truth? She didn't know. Either way she was done for the night already. She made her way back to her dressing room, or at least that's how she liked to think of it as. She then change into a pair of jeans, and a black t-shirt. She might as well change now and then whenever she got to wherever she was going, she would change into something more [i comfortable] so to speak. She packed up her things and placed them in the draw string bag she carried with her, and then walked out of the dressing room. She heard people whispering behind her, and that seemed to piss her off.]

[font "times new roman" She shoved those thoughts aside and walked out the front doors right when she heard her bidder's voice. [b When do I get to see her?"] she hadn't heard the other part, and she was somewhat thankful for that. Dominick smirked and nodded towards the blonde. [b [i "She's right there. She does like it rough, but she's a fighter as well. So make sure you know how to handle her"]] he said. He then turned to the blonde and winked at her. [b [i "I think I'll keep you around longer, if I can get men like him here every night, you will be the best woman I have"]] he said. He grabbed the brief case and ducked into the house, leaving the two alone.]

[font "times new roman" She sighed lightly as she slid the draw string bag onto her shoulder and then wrapped her arms around herself. She was somewhat cold, but she wasn't about to tell him that. She turned her ice blue eyes to the male a small smile passing over her lips. [#cb4154 "Sorry about that greedy bastard.. But when he gets large amounts of money, he doesn't think straight"] she said lightly. She didn't know why she was standing up for him, but she was. She then lowered her eyes to the ground and took a breath. The silence was somewhat getting to her, and feeling the other men's eyes on her was making her slightly more nervous. What was wrong with her?]

[font "times new roman" She'd never been that way before with anyone else. There was something different about this male, and she wanted to know what it was. She looked up slowly cocking her head to the side. [#cb4154 "Why don't we get out of here, and get this over and done with. You paid a pretty penny for me, so I'm pretty much yours for whatever you desire"] she said lightly. She let her words hang between them, as she waited to see where they would be going. If anywhere at all.]
[size12 Tonight was like any other night for Scott. He was walking the Red-Light District, eyeing each woman that was available from the window. He wouldn't lie, they were all beautiful in their own special way. He was just looking for something specific. If it was someone on the outside looking in, they would think he was a pervert for coming here every night. If it was someone that personally knew Scott and allowed him to explain, they would probably consider him some sort of saint.

See, Scott was an extremely wealthy man. Actually, the wealthiest man in Amsterdam. He was the CEO of his late father's company, Vasquez Corporation of Amsterdam. Their company was known for their marketing of top notch business'. They performed marketing ads, went on business trips to promote their products, it was a lot. At first, Scott didn't want to inherit the family business. He wanted to move out of Amsterdam and start his own life. He had a childhood love that he planned to marry and have children with until she passed away, leaving him with an ugly scar. Instead of dreading upon it, he decided to help out women that were also in her career field. So, here he was. The Red Light District. Using those company funds for something good.

He stopped abruptly when the red light came on and the curtains opened to reveal a woman that wasn't like any of the others. She was downright beautiful with her blonde locks and perfect bodice. He was honestly speechless and when their eyes met, something inside him felt like it ticked again. His hand went up as he called out his number, [b "Four thousand,"] He was already a bit behind from the numbers being called out.

"Four thousand and fifty!" Another man shouted.

"Five thousand!"

"Six thousand!"

They really wanted her but, so did Scott. There was more to her than just a body that is used for pleasure. He could see that through the glass.

[b "Twelve thousand."] Scott finally threw out. He was ready to get these games over with and he smiled to himself when silence drew over the crowd. He'd won and lucky for him, he didn't even have to use his whole twenty thousand he carried during these nights.

He had bid on a few women before and won them. He never actually slept with them. Instead, he'd set them free. If they needed a place, he'd offer his own. If they needed help finding a job, he'd assist them. He'd do whatever it took to save these women from the life they lead. Some would continue on the right path to success and giving themselves the life they deserve. Others would succeed for a few short months and then return to the window. The look of disappointment both parties would share if he stumbled across them again would forever be imprinted in their minds.

He did have one rule when it came to this; if they returned to their work, he would never bid on them again. He gave them an out once, he wasn't about to forfeit so much cash and time if they weren't going to commit. He had everything they could possibly want and they wouldn't even need to sell their bodies to him for it. He didn't mean to sound cold, he just needed to limit his own self. He still had a company to run and his reputation to uphold.

"Sold!" Someone from the front called out and he could hear the literal disappointment from the other men that had bid on her. He didn't even know her name and that was okay. She was safe now and he was pleased the other scumbags didn't get her.

The crowd dispersed and he stepped up with his briefcase. There was a man standing there, eyes looking hungry to see the large sum of cash Scott had promised. He hiked his leg up and balanced the suitcase on his thigh. He popped open the locks and slowly opened the case up. He noticed the eyes nearly shoot out of his skull and his hand went to touch the bills but Scott slammed the case shut. He handed it over to the man, [b "Twelve thousand, as I had bid. When do I get to see her?"]

He wasn't trying to rush, he just felt he needed to get out of there. He never liked to stick around long after he had bid on a woman. He wasn't dressed like most men there. He wore an overly expensive black peacoat with black dress pants and a white button-up shirt. Others that attended these nightly escapades wore tore up jeans with dirty shirt. Their breath stunk of cheap whiskey and cigarettes, their wedding rings tucked into their pockets. It was disgusting to Scott but, lucky for him, he wouldn't be here long. He'd bought his woman and it was only a matter of minutes before he left this place.

[font "times new roman" The room smelled of booze, and stale cigarette smoke, and it turned the eighteen year old's stomach. This was the first time she was alone with a so called [i client]. Her heart was racing, and the outfit she had chosen for the night didn't seem to suit her at all. That's when the door opened, and her [i client] walked into the room. He was a tall man, with a handsome face, and those hands she wanted nothing more than to be on her already. She batted her light grey eyes at the male as she leaned back into the chair, and crossed her legs. She saw the way his eyes moved down her body, and to her crossed legs. Just that look made her heart flutter. [b "How old are you?"] he asked her, finally breaking the silence.]

[font "times new roman" [#cb4154 "I just turned eighteen about six months ago. I was told you liked your workers young, but not to the point of getting you thrown into jail"] she said lightly. The male smirked a bit as he moved over to the desk, and he leaned against it crossing his arms over his chest. [b "You are in deed correct about that. How many men have you been with? Or did the man that took you in from the black market, not let you around many?"] The blonde woman was slightly surprised at all of his questions, but she kept her cool about it. Was he trying to scare her or something? Or was he just a curious mind? Whatever the reason, she wasn't about to let him down at all.]

[font "times new roman" [#cb4154 "I've been trained on how to please a man, and in all honesty this is the first time I'm alone with someone else. I normally have another woman with me, but Dominick thought it was the perfect time for me to try this whole thing alone."] she breathed out. The male nodded lightly, he seemed to like her answer. He moved around the desk and sat in the huge chair. He then beckoned her over to him. [b "This is going to be the real test. Show me what you've been taught, and I'll think about buying you for good"] he said. That made the woman's heart race inside of her chest. This was really happening right now. She pushed herself up and moved towards him.]

[font "times new roman" When she was right in front of him, she let the male make the first move. That's what's been drilled into her brain for the longest time. Let the man, or men make the first move. Let them touch you, excite you, and then you can work your own magic on them. [b "I hope Dominick warned you that I like it rough. I do tend to leave bruises on my slaves, and make them do things you wouldn't even think was possible"] he breathed out. The woman nodded lightly and bit the inside of her cheek. The male pulled her into his lap, and what she felt there made her heart race, and her cheeks flare up. She hadn't had someone so well built like him. The feeling of his hands on her skin sent shivers down her spine, and she locked her eyes on his letting him get used to the feel of her body. He leaned over and brushed her hair away from her neck, and pressed his lips to the hollow part of her neck. He then bit down as it marking what was his. That's when he started getting rough with her. He gripped her hips and pushed himself up against her, the feeling was something new for the woman, and she didn't know how to feel about it.]

[font "times new roman" As the male undressed her, and himself along the way she knew this wasn't right. She heard the male open a drawer and pull out a knife. [#cb4154 "What the hell are you doing?"] she asked. The male looked at her and smirked a bit. [b "What? Dominick didn't tell you I'm into blood play? Bondage? Everything you haven't been trained to do yet?"] he asked. She shook her head, and tried to get away from the male. He wrapped his arm around her waist and leaned forward whispering into her ear. [b "I mark what's mine, so that way men won't try and take what's not theirs. Don't worry Dominick will get a pretty penny for you"] he said, and then bit down onto her neck.]

The door flew open and Dominick was in the room pulling the blonde away from Rodney. She was thrown onto the floor and she didn't see anything else that happened. She gathered up her things, and ran out of the room blood running down her back, leaving small droplets as she ran out of the room, and hopefully away from the nightmare she was almost sold into.]

[font "times new roman" It's been five years since the woman had gotten away from Dominick and his crew. She was now twenty-three and she had made the biggest move of her life. She was happier in a way. She had a nice apartment, money clear up to her ears, and a life she loved more than anything. At least that's what she's been telling herself. She didn't know what it was like to be a normal woman. She had been sold to the black market the moment she had been born. Her mother wanted the high, more than she wanted the daughter she had given birth too. Evangeline's whole life was fucked up thanks to her mother and the choice she had made.]

[font "times new roman" While she had been growing up, she was told that it was her job to please men in all ways possible. She didn't think she would have grown up becoming a sex slave, but she had. She sighed lightly as she looked at herself in the mirror. Tonight was going to be another bidding night. She was kind of excited, but at the same time wasn't.]

Someone who would take the time to talk to her, and then after they slept together she could just up and leave and go to the next highest bidder. There was a knock on her door and she turned around to face it. [#cb4154 "Door's open, come on in"] she called out. That's when her door opened and Monica walked into the room a smile on her face. [b "There's so many men out there! Some of them are really fucking yummy too! How high are you planning on going tonight?"] she asked plopping down onto the couch. Evangeline shrugged a bit and turned back to the mirror.]

He's the one who does all of the bidding"] she said with a small laugh. Monica rolled her eyes and then licked her lips. Or at least trying to get him to sleep with me. I wanna go back home and see momma and daddy"] the other admitted. The two talked awhile longer while Evangeline got ready for the night. About an hour later she was changed, and her hair was done.]

She then slipped behind the curtain's and waited for them to open up. As they did she posed, and looked out at the crowd in front of her.]

She wasn't going to get her hopes up though. She smiled a bit, as she tossed her hair over her shoulder, getting whistles from the men in return. She kept it up waiting to see who the lucky male was going to be taking her home for the evening.]
